Mail Services Manager Job Questions & Answers

Ok. I wrote a complaint letter to Starbucks. I wrote the complaint letter, because the service in the Starbucks near me is really bad. The employees are rude, and they snob costomers and job applicants way more then they should. Plus they always fill the cup only half way. I wrote about that in the complaint letter. I went on starbucks web site, and got the addresse for the costomer relations office, and it is in Seattle. I mailed the letter monday, and I live in New Jersey. I don't know how long it would take the mail service to mail the letter from NJ. to Seattle. But should I re-copy the letter and send it again if they don't reply? I gave them my e-mail addresse, my addresse and my cell phone number to contact me back.

I've applied online to a reastaurant and I heard that when applying online it is best to call them. What should I say to the manager when I call them? Also what would be the best time to call that he/she would not be too busy at?

Just got a job as a barn manager at a full service boarding facility. They want to make changes, so I thought I would get other opinions about what you like and dont like about your facility. Thanks :) Thoughts on Farrier and Vet? Would you like to have your own and schedule your horse accordingly. or be included on a farm schedule and be billed for special needs outside of trimming, shoeing and shots.

I am the Marketing Manager of a small franchise. The job position open is for door-to-door marketing, and requires a lot of communication with customers and potential clients regarding the services we offer. Over 99?f our customers speak English, thus our business is based in the English language. I am hiring a team of people, but have many people applying who I do not feel can competently do the job based on their knowledge of the language - they are ESL students at the university and are not fluent in English. Is it wrong for me to not hire these people based on the fact that they are not fluent in English?

I'm trying to obtain a job at a retail store, and the Application gives me these two options to choose from. Showing up at their Customer service desk and giving the Application shows that I'm interested, but a customer services rep MIGHT be an a*****e and throw the Application away when my back is turned. On the other hand, sending the Application Via Mail might show I'm lazy, but it might be guaranteed to go to the Manager... What should I do?

I tried working in a factory because I thought, great no customer service or communication skills needed, but I still had to work with coworkers I really didn't get along well with. I was fired for not being a team player. It's hard to get along with others and I really just want a job where I can work alone or with objects and be left alone in peace.

I am currently a 1st year irregular college student taking I.T. I transferred schools and my majors never got credited. But it's okay because i am slowly getting the logics in programming in Java. This next semester i am taking a System Analysis and Design(SADSIGN) and i am getting nervous because even though i am pretty good at logics, i am not that good at coding. But since it is a case study, we will be on group, we will be four i think. Project manager, Analyst, Documentation, and the programmer. I am asking what jobs i can get after graduating I.T. because what if i graduated I.T. and still not that good at coding, i am hoping that there will be a jobs that will require less programming. Like Database manager or in Multimedia or in charge of Network. So is there jobs that doesn't require hardcore programming skills?
