I work in California as a shipping/receiving clerk. Our company is moving to a new office, can my employer make me A. Move my own items from one location to the new one (not just personal desk items, I'm talking about my whole department)? B. Use my own personal truck to move said items? Any info would be appreciated.

I don't think secretaries, clerical workers, customer-service representatives, for example, are white-collar, even if they work in an office or semi-office environment, or even nurses and teachers. What I'm confused on is if white-collar is only doctors, lawyers, accountants, bankers, architects, corporate managers, etc. or if jobs like purchasing and procurement specialist, human resources manager, social worker, and paralegal are truly white-collar. I know that blue-collar usually refers to professionally-skilled trades like plumber, electrician, truck driver, police office, firefighter, etc. But where I'm confused is whether general/low skilled warehouse workers like loaders/unloaders, forklift drivers, packers, shipping/receiving clerks, etc. are necessarily blue-collar because doesn't "blue-collar" imply a skilled worker?

I have received job offers from GiantTons LLC about working from home receiving packages. This company is supposed to send you packages and then you forward them. Pay is 2000 a month plus bonuses. Has anyone else received this job offer? I am hoping this is not a scam because it sounds like a great job offer. I cannot seem to find anything on google about this company other than their own website. Please help me out!

I think I was contacted for a job, however it seems like it may be a scam. I can only find information on the company in India, nothing in the US. When I asked when and where there new US office would be opening they could only tell me 11/25: no address makes no sense this close to the deadline. I would like to find out more about the people I spoke with on messenger and email.
