I found an ad in LA Times is week about getting paid to drive and when I emailed the ad this is what I got. Thank you for your interest in our ad and most especially this concept. Before we proceed, let's have a quick look at what car wrap advert concept is all about. Wrap advertising is the marketing practice of completely or partially covering (wrapping) a vehicle in an advertisement or livery; a mobile billboard is the outcome of the process. Wrap advertising can be achieved by painting onto a vehicle's outer surface, but an increasingly ubiquitous practice in the 21st century involves the use of large vinyl sheets as "decals." The vinyl sheets can be removed with relative ease, drastically reducing the costs associated with changing advertisements. While vehicles with large, flat surfaces, such as buses and light-rail carriages, are often utilized due to ease, smaller cars consisting of curved surfaces can also serve as hosts for wrap advertising. The ads are typically vinyl decals, also known as "auto wraps," that almost seem to be painted on the vehicle and which will cover any portion of your car's exterior surface. WHAT DOES THE COMPANY GET OUT OF THIS STRATEGY? Lots of exposure and awareness. The auto wraps tend to be colorful and eye-catching and attract lots of attention. Plus, it's a form of advertising with a captive audience. This means that people who are stuck in traffic can't avoid seeing the wrapped car alongside. We work as an advertising agent and we will be doing the advert for the old and newly existing company manufacturing all kinds of edible and non edible products. This project will last for 2 years and the minimum period you can participate is 6 month. We'll provide experts ( Field technical team ) that will handle the advert placement on your car. The cost of placing this advert graphic films ( auto wraps ) on cars has a average cost of $4,000 or more per vehicle. The beauty of this project is that you don't have to pay to get this on your car. WE FOOT THE BILL. HOW DO I APPLY? Send the required below Information to apply: Full Name: Age: Occupation: Sex: Address: City: State: Zip code: Mobile Number: Email Address: Make of car/ year: Exterior Color of Car: Picture of your car ( optional ) We'll be contacting you as soon as we receive this information. We look forward to working with you. Warmest Regards, Adayns Acosta. Car Wrap Advert 305 501 0507

I've been thinking about a business plan for learning purposes only. i dont actually plan to execute it at all. I've been thinking about changing the way electronic retail stores work such as Best Buy and Target. These two retail stores require a lot of space which makes it very hard to penetrate the downtown market. To reduce space in retail stores, we would eliminate all the inventory in retail stores and store it in a warehouse. The retail stores will only provide live interactive demos of ALL the products they sale to the customers. If a customer want to buy a product, they would buy it at the retail store, and the retail store will notify the warehouse to ship the product to the customer. The main point of this business plan is to bring innovation into reducing expense. The advantages to this is: Eliminate shopplifting Reduce Rent Space Better Customer Experience (because more interactive demos) Easier Penetration in Downtown Space So critique my plan! Just to let everyone know, i have never taken a business course. So try not to use jargon.

Heya Guys! I'm selling a prom dress online here it is if you wanna know what it looks like https://post.craigslist.org/u/3vBA-LNz4hG3AvK3MWcM0w/9p7zx , and i posted it on multiple sites in hopes to sell it before my actual prom to purchase a new one, (btw if your interested let me know asap! my prom is in April!) I posted my dress on TheDressList.com and Craigslist and i even asked an ebay trading assistant for help (who still hasn't gotten back to me) :/ Anyway all the email traffic came from TheDressList.com I got this email from leosmith961@yahoo.com and they said: Hello, I am interested in purchasing your dress with a cashier check but before i proceed i will like to ask you some few questions below 1. what is the final price of the dress 2. what is the condition of the dress new or used 3. What year was it manufactured 4. will you accept a cashier as a mode of payment 6. Will you allow our shipping company come for the pick up of the dress? Do get back to me with your full name and address with your phone number to mail the payment out to you over there asap if you want my respond okay. So i responded with my dress details and all that jazz. Then they messaged me this: Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it, I am an oceanographer and am currently on sea at the moment. I am buying the ITEM as a gift for my sister, I want to make it a surprise for her because her wedding is close. She won't know anything about it until it gets delivered to her 3 weeks to her day. I can only pay through PayPal as I don't have access to my bank account online, but i have my bank account attached to my PayPal account and this is why i insisted on paying you through PayPal. So please kindly get back to me with your PayPal details, your phone number and more pictures as well so i can proceed with the payment and after i have made the payment, i have a pick up agent that will come around for verification and to pick it up. Thank You, Regards Soo, my question is, is this a scam? because it sounds like one. <.< and 2 what do i do?? Also btw should i go with the person interested in my dress on craigslist? shes in the same state as me.

I WAS ON CRAIGLIST AND SAW AN ADD FOR A MAZDA 6 2004 FOR 2450... I CONTACT THE PERSON AND HE REPLIED TO ME Hello, Thank you for your interest in buying my car. Let me tell you a few words about the car. It's a 2004 Mazda 6, in perfect condition, with no need for additional repairs, no scratches, dings, special marks whatsoever, never been involved in any accidents. The interior looks great (NO SMOKING). It has a clear title ready to be signed and notarized on your name. The price is not negotiable, $2,450.00 is my last price. I sell the car at this price because I cannot use it due to my job (I work as a engineer on a oil rig). I'm asking $2,450.00 this price includes door to door shipping, handling and insurance fees. You have some details about my car here: Mileage: 112,488 Engine: 3.0L V6 Cylinder Transmission: Manual VIN: 1YVFP84D445N62164 CARFAX LINK http://www.carfax.com/cfm/FSBO.cfm?report=00E05CF1859F4A69DB2B572DC214103E PHOTOS LINK: http://www.photaya.com/album/gregadamsgog/mazda6.aspx Get back to me if you're interested in buying it. THEN I SAID OK IM INTERESTED AND HE WRITES ME BACK; Hello again, I would like to know from the beginning if you are really interested in buying my car, because i had some bad experiences in my past attempts in selling it. So i hope for a straight response from you in order to decide whether i stop negotiating with other prospects. So i can enlarge my perspectives, i listed it on numerous states. It's not hard to imagine that i don't have much free time, I told you before i am in a oil rig in Venezuela right now and because of that i chose to handle the sell online through Google. I decided to use their services as i have a $10,000 insurance with them which covers all costs for both parties. Therefore, if you are committed in making the deal, we will be working in a number of steps: 1. You have to send me your full name and address so i can forward it to Google. 2. As soon as the transaction gets started, you will receive an invoice from Google in your email along with the instructions that you have to follow in order to complete the payment. You will pay the funds to Google and they will hold them and transfer the funds on my behalf only if you decide to keep the car. 3. Right after i receive the confirmation from Google that you completed the payment, i will start the shipping process. The car will arrive at your shipping address in 2 to 3 days, depending on traffic. Inside the car you will get the title which is clear, the maintenance records, two sets of keys, together with a car affidavit. That affidavit is a document that you will have to get it notarized at the bank. Also you will have to put your decision there and whether it will be an " Yes. i keep the car" or " No, i want to return the car", Google will either advance the funds to me or give you a refund and have the car shipped back to me at my expense. I'll grant you a 10 days inspection period (to test drive it) from the moment you receive it, before Google escrow releases your money to me. The car is located in their warehouse in Los Angeles, CA (ready for delivery). Hopefully, I made myself understood and we will be closing the deal. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you THATS WHEN I STARTED THINKIN ITS A SCAM... BECAUSE I HAVE TO USE SOME KIND OF GOOGLE CHECKOUT WHICH I NEVER HEARD ABOUT BEFORE.. I KNOW THERE'S GOOGLE STORE BUT NO GOOGLE CHECKOUT FOR CRAIGLIST... IS THERE A WAY TO REPORT THAT PERSON gregadams893@gmail.com
