One website gave me these categories, but I'm not really sure that my Japanese minor would fit into any one of these besides news reporter. Why doesn't anyone trust our gov't anymore? Just look at the questions being asked on yahoo.answers. Even more telling look at the answers! Everyone talking about Dem. and Rep. seems pointless. The distrust is equal on all sides. Why is this happening? Seriously, everyone is talking about how corrupt the US and seems to accept it. Has being an american always felt this way (kinda scary)? What has led us to were we are? Is anyone trying to fix it? Its so hard to get news that isn't biased.

I have a computer science degree and 6 years of software development experience and was considering career change. I've done some reading and I feel like getting a law degree would be advantageous since I have a background in computing technology. I am not really interested in patent law but I think I would be interested in policy development related to computing technology (net neutrality ...). Plus I think with the global economy software developers maybe a dime a dozen

Let me ask you, when you go and buy something "for time being" it's usually because it's not going to be a good investment keeping it long term/ fixing it continuously/ better choices with more options. Well men are like that in many ways, they do not break down fats as well as women for endurance and most male jobs can be done by females or reproduced in inanimate objects which are less likely to make mistakes. Thus bring up my second question, Why do they still make $1 to our every $0.80? (so this question is also political) I'm not a sexist, a feminist, or hate men, just more out of curiosity. (Question/Thought came to me while reading ahead in my Biology and Sociology book) Also, I have to add I’m saying this as a biological stand point; I have to agree with many men are built to be stronger but same stand point, if you’re smart you USSUALLY will have the brutes do the work while you dictate, right? And many women now have to take care of their own familes w/o men, so how long would you think it would take for the wages to equal up? I also add i think it works the other way around too? men can do everything women can except carrying babies

Well, I am 17 years old, a Junior in High School and am looking into joining the Marine Corps. I'm just curious on when the best time to talk to a recruiter would be. I am guessing that it would be okay to go now, but I am not sure if I should wait til my Sr. year to contact recruiters and enlist.

In Central Public Works Department under Ministry of Urban Development, upto Chief Engineer office are called attached office and below that are called subordinate offices. In one Department i.e. CPWD can there be two divisions i.e. attached offices and subordinate offices. The Central Secretariate Stenographers Service are enroaching upon the posts of Stenographers in CPWD and thus not allowing CPWD stenographers to get their legitimate promotions. CPWD stenographers are limited upto Gr.I in the scale of Rs.5500-9000 starting from Rs.4000-6000, but whereas the CSSS Stenographers enjoy the status upto Sr. Principal Private Secretary in the scale of Rs.12000-16500. DOPT is unheard about this problem and also the Ministry of Urban Development. How can this problem be sorted out. Can any Court of Law can decide this? or the Government will heed to our request. The CSSS lobby do not allow us get the legitimate promotions because they will loose more posts in CPWD.
