Have an interview for a unit secretary position at a hospital (what to expect?)?

I really want this position. I have worked in a hospital doing registration in the ER,and in out patient. I really want this job. its a unit secretary position in the ER. When I worked in another hospital, I have 9 months of experience working it. I want this job so bad. What can I do, to guarantee this position? Also, what is the starting salary, an d what does the job consist of?

Well, one thing they'll probably do is a drug test. They'll want a list of previous jobs. Any possible experience or added factors that will make you stand out. Good luck. It sounds like a good job.
