I have a protective order filed against my ex husband for my child and I. I need to move for my job but I'm unsure how to change our protected address from our previous residence to our new residence. I do have an attorney, but would rather not pay the excessive fee if it's something I can do myself. Thanks Oh nice attitude! If you would have read, I have an attorney so using your awesome skills of common sense, I think we would know that I didn't file it in the first place. Thanks for not answering my question though, you've been reported! Have a great day!

Im stuck in choosing job subjects from medical, dental, or criminal justice.... i looked really deep into it already and i LOVE all three professions, SO which should i choose? i have had experience in medical, My mother used to work for a local clinic so i have front office experience as in (file-ing, Computer Work, Patient Input and Out Put, Mail, Etc.) and personally viewing procedures happen when i was growing up... Dental because iv'e always had a eye on dental jobs when i was younger always wanted to study it so i took some classes and i now have my HIPAA, chair side assisting, sanitary, x-ray, DA, Lisence/Certificate Criminal Justice is somthin that i admire so MCUH, because of my previous problems ive had that ive gone to court houses/ police stations and i really want to work for the Gov. as a county clerk, courtroom clerk, crime scene investigator, or parole officer so which should i chose? im passionate about all three and i want to go to school but want to waste my college money on somthing i am going to enjoy in life and that i will be able to maintain myself and family (in the future) with a profession that'll suit me.. PLEASE AND THANK YOU :.) NO i dont have a criminal record.. but in criminal justice im looking for the jobs in courtrooms or a crime scene investigator.. hopfully my fasfa covers it :/

In the past month, I have sent out about 80 resumes. Despite all this effort, I have only received one request for an interview. I'm wondering if there is anything I can improve on my resume that may help me stand out to prospective employers. Pasted below are the "objective", "experience", "education", and "skills" portions of my resume. Please keep in mind that I am straight out of school and fairly young, which is why I do not have much experience listed. In addition, the gap in my employment between last June and now can be explained by some personal family issues, moving 500 miles across the state, and getting married. If anyone is wiling to take a look and give me some constructive criticism, it would be greatly appreciated. Objective To obtain a long term position in an office setting where I can interact extensively with patients as well as run front desk functions and further my professional experience. Experience File Clerk, XXXX Chiropractic, Riverside, Ca.September 2007-June 2008 My duties included various accounting and billing tasks, answering phones, scheduling appointments, creating and maintaining patient files, maintaining various retail products available in the office, and light housekeeping. Chiropractic Assistant, XXXX Chiropractic, Vallejo, Ca.June 2007-September 2007 This job entailed running the front desk of a busy chiropractic office, which included assisting patients, maintaining retail and files, scheduling appointments, some billing, and occasionally performing therapeutic ultrasound for patients. File Clerk, Dr. XXXX DDS, Fairfield, Ca.February 2007-May 2007 The tasks I performed in this position were creating, maintaining, and organizing files and office forms, duplicating dental x-rays, and light housekeeping. Customer Service Associate, XXXX Co., Fairfield, Ca.June 2006-October 2006 As a Customer Service Associate, I assisted customers in locating merchandise and completed point of sale transactions as well as organizing and replacing merchandise on the sales floor. Central Aisle Cashier, XXXXX & Co., Fairfield, Ca.October 2005-June 2006 In this position, my main duties entailed performing point of sale transactions for customers as well as soliciting credit card applications. Education XXXX High School, Fairfield, Ca. International Baccalaureate Diploma with concentration in Computer Skills, History, French, and Biology. University of California- Riverside, Riverside, Ca. Coursework included French, Spanish, Arabic, English, Linguistics, History, Philosophy, Archeology, and Anthropology. XXXXX Therapy Wellness Center Massage Therapist Certification, achieved on 3/26/2009. Skills I have many specialized talents that will be very helpful in the workplace. Technical skills include advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Photo Editing and some web design. My life skills are just as diverse. I am very organized, flexible and adaptable as well as a hard worker and a quick learner. I am bilingual in French and English and also speak basic Spanish. I also have a passion for massage therapy and would enjoy a position where I can ease clients’ pain and help them relax using spa and medical modalities.

I want to get a job in the hospital administration field in Brisbane, but all positions need experience. I have experience in the administration field but not within a hospital and I am completing a medical terminology course but how to get the foot in the door to start. Am I better off trying to get work experience first to gain knowledge in HBIS and other systems used within the hospital? any suggestions or advise would be much appreciated!

Last Oct 2009 i have been to a 3 car accident. My car was totalled, I ws hit on the back on a red stop sign traffic lights by a woman and my car gor forward to the car on my front. I got sandwich by two cars. God is good I did not die as i am wearing my seatbelt. Did not call any ambulance as I thought I am OK, got some bruises on my two knee and legs. Police came and give a ticket to the woman on my back who is now 100?t fault. When I got home I went to the ER to be sure I am Ok and the doctor told me it is only some bruises and contusions . After 3 more days I am already feeling some pain and neck problems, shoulder, back, elbow, pain but the problem is I cannot afford medical bills. I went to a walk in clinic and pay $130 to see a doctor and he sent me to get an X-ray on my shoulder and neck and all is good but pain is still there. The insurance of the other party wants topay only $1000 for my car even thou i told him that the car was just recondition by a fren and the rim and tire were new and i am asking for another 1,000 but they donot want to pay. they say thats the only market value of the car. They donot want to authorized for me to have some pysical theraphy for my pain as they said they need proof first of all my medical records. Since then the adjuster is so hard to deal with. The one who hit me is not the owner of the cara and it is own by her husband and also no insurance too. so can i sue the woman on a small claim court. I live in Washington and also how long do i need to settle for my car and bodily damage. if I will not get alawyer. Thanks Howard, that is a good answer. Another question? Can I send a letter to the person who hit me that I will get her to small claim court because her insurance won't give me 2,000 for my car lost. Also, I donot have any medical records in my life time here in WA., only the one with the walk in doctors and the hospital at the day of the accident, is that enough to take them to court and get an attorney for my pain and sufferings???. Because I got depress with all my pain I quit my job and so I am doing only home remedies to fight the pain. I have no health insurance and cannot afford to go on walk in clinic again.

I don't have the job yet, per say, but I will be interviewing for it later this week. My mom works at the same hospital, and thought I'd be perfect for this type of job...unit secretary...she works in the ICU and I'm HOPING I get to work in the Labor & Delivery ward...I'm currently going to school to become an R.N. and specialize in Labor & Delivery...so I thought this would be a great job, as well as, learning experience!! I definitely want to work the night shift...I have insomnia and I'm a total night owl...staying up for 12 straight hours is not a problem for me. To get to my question: (Sorry to ramble) What exactly is this job going to entail? What will my duties be? I'm kind of nervous about the whole thing....I just want some insider information. I greatly appreciate it!! *Luckily, I've got my mom who works at this hospital. I gave birth to both my boys there. My Ob/Gyn works in the ward. And overall, all of the nurses, doctors, etc. are super nice!!
