I've just completed my court hearings and have been convicted of misdemeanor theft ($300). It cost me my job, but I've been able to secure a new job (Warehouse Supervisor) days before the conviction. I desire a career change in the accounting field which would require that I return to school. Before enrolling, will this conviction prevent me form obtaining a job in this field? I understand it would in the banking industry but am unsure about accounting.

I just started college in September. I am going to school to get my Associate's Degree in Health Services Administration. I was just wondering what jobs I could get with it. Where would be the best place to get a job: hospital, doctor's office, etc.? Where would offer more security? Which would offer better benefits and pay?

I'm currently taking up BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, but I'm not really sure what'll happen after that. I know it'll obviously be something in a restaurant or hotel, but what specific jobs will be available? I'm just hoping it's not something like being a bus boy or working in the housekeeping department after spending 4 years in college. Are there any jobs that'll keep me and my family financially stable?

I'm supposed to do an interview for my supervisory class, but I don't know anyone in a supervisory position. If you are a answering this question, please tell me where you are a supervisor, if you don't mind. Thanks. You can answer if you aren't a supervisor as well. I'm just curious as to what everyone thinks are pros and cons of being a supervisor.

I am currently a case manager/social worker at a non-profit social services agency. I have hopes of becoming a supervisor someday. Can someone give me an estimate of a supervisor salary in this field? I tried to Google it, but it kept giving me salaries of RN case managers rather than the social services one I kept trying to specify. Thanks!

I was wondering how many job titles one person can have at a job at one time. At my last job of 6 years I was the Program Supervisor and also was the Office Assistant and in charge of Accounts Receivable. My main Title was Program Supervisor but I am trying to get a job in the Administrative field so I want to add Office Assistant and Accounts Receivable to my title on my resume as well. It would look like this: Program Supervisor/Office Assistant/Accounts Receivable So my question is, how many job titles is one allowed to have? What should I do? Any suggestions?

I have spent days on the internet talking with recruiters, job placement faculty, and even some career counselors. They all tell me I need to narrow my search but I don't know the titles to some of the positions I qualify for.

Like my supervisor password to warn me about explict content or blocked websites, because my older brother's getting very annoyed that whenever he goes on his website, his website's blocked, and I set the supervisor password.
