Are there any good aerospace engineering jobs in the East Coast, favorably in New York or any states one state over? I would like to work with Boeing, but it's located in Illinois. I plan on going to college for this major in CA, but get a job in NY, so when I grow up it'll be easier to visit my parents and support them. So are there any good aerospace engineering jobs that have a good pay and around the New York/ East Coast area? Thanks!

I like the field of aerospace engineering, but I researched jobs in that field and found that entry-level jobs aren't as numerous as they are in the mechanical engineering field. Therefore, I think that a double major would allow me to get the entry-level job and then advance form there. However, I don't know which schools offer this program. I live in Virginia, so the closer the better.

I am thinking about studying aerospace engineering for college. Before I apply, I really need to know what the employment opportunities are. Am I likely to get a job quickly after I graduate? What is the salary range for beginners? Aerospace engineering is really tough, and I need to know if I will get a high income job after studying hard. I would really love to get such degree, but I must look ahead and think about my future. I hope some of you will be able to help me! Thanks much!
