 | The same school has about 25 science teachers, 20 math teachers, 3 auto tech teachers, 5 computer technology teachers and 2 agricultural science teachers. To remedy this they create a position called "STEM Teacher" and offer me that position.
I submitted a resume with my strengths. They know I am a Physics guy since I listed over 20 physics courses taken and that I have a bachelors and a Masters in Physics.

 | I volunteer in a local hospital but i tried to get a job in a hospital. But unfortunately no hospital is hiring me. They say that there is no positions open at the hospital. So now i work in a day care school as an assistant teacher. I am a sophomore in college doing pre-med. Do you think that only volunteer work and no job in a hospital will help me in my medical application? Would working in the day care school do me any benefit towards my medical application?

 | I want to go to school to become a large animal veterinarian but incase it doesn't work out my mom wants me to have a back up plan. I want to stay in the agriculture field and still be able to work with animals but I don't know what other jobs are available. I want to work with the horses, cows, pigs, chicken, and all the farm animals if possible. If I cant make it into vet school, I may consider becoming an agriculture teacher but it doesn't pay well. If anyone knows of other job options please let me know! thanks!

 | My highschool only requires 3 years of science, and the college i want to go to doesn't require it. I've already taken physical science, earth science, agricultural science, biology, and chemistry. I don't plan on having a job in science at alllll, BUT my papa always tells me physics is so important to know for life. He says that physics will give you a better understanding of life. Should i? Is it a really hard class? Help!

 | I'm about to graduate with my associates degree in agricultural science and I'm transferring to another school next year to work on my bachelors (and most likely masters) in Agricultural Education.
I was also wondering about teaching special education classes, gifted and talented classes, model un, being a counselor, being a principal, things of that nature.
Are there special certificates you can get or certain courses to take? I think Special Ed is another degree plan all together but I wasn't sure.
I know when I was in school I had one teacher who taught Gifted and Talented in our Jr. High, then Art and Model UN (which is technically a gt class) in our high school.
And what do you need to do to teach AP Classes?
And if you know of any other certificates and things of that nature that can add on to what I can do as a teacher (like gt) please let me know! I'm interested in being able to do as much as possible.
My long term goal is to be a vice principal or principal, or maybe even a counselor. I know all the principals I had were teachers for years before they changed positions. Do you need your masters and a special certificate?

 | Hi, there. :)
My Chemistry teacher assigned a bit of big assignment today and it is due four days from now and I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing with it. I'm looking up all this information and nothing is working.
Chemistry isn't my best subject.
So please help me!
I need five careers that involve Chemistry and information on the following about each of the careers:
-- The type of education needed for that career
-- How it ties into Chemistry
-- What you do in that job
You don't have to type every bit of it down for me, you could give me a link that could help we with this.
Please help!! It would mean so much to me if you did!!
:)
