 | I had a professional painter paint my apartment. When the job was done the painter left all used paint cans, used roller covers and trays in my kitchen trash can. Am I mistaken to think it was the painters job to dispose of these things?

| I am looking for a weekend job at college to make some extra money. I am not available to work this job during the week.
I am at college during the Fall and Spring semesters. I will not be there during the summer or during the winter break (for about 3 weeks).
I would like to get one day off every 6-8 weeks.
I am willing to work any hours during the weekends.
Are there any companies/types of jobs that would be good for me under these conditions? Working for the university will not work for me because they only have jobs on the weekdays.

| I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and want to get my bedroom and living room painted.
I’ve never experienced what you do once the painter starts working. Meaning, do you stay in the apartment while he/she works (in order to “guard” your stuff)? Should you not be there? Will I need to find another place to stay overnight? I live on the second floor which makes me a little uncomfortable to leave the apartment alone overnight with the windows open. Thanks for your input!
