 | My boyfriend just got a job offer from Fifth Third Bank to be an Assistant Branch Manager. However, his credit is pretty bad. He can't even get an apartment. So, my question is, will they withdraw the offer after they check his credit. Or have they already done so prior to making the offer? Just don't want to get my hopes up for a better job for him and he won't even be able to take it.

 | I have a job interview for a management position. I am currently employed by the same ban, as an assistant manager. It will be a panel interview, with three people. I already met two of the interviewers a few times.
I am planning to wear a suit with skirt. It is gray, with faded dark pink strips. It looks very professional, but what is concerning me, is the pink strips.
Do you think it is OK to wear this outfit, or I should think of something else?

 | I know that you can get almost any job with a Mathematics degree, and I also that Mathematics graduates have the LOWEST levels of UNEMPLOYMENT, but which jobs can they get exactly?
Specific details please?
I know that you can be a maths teacher/lecturer, and that's obvious, but I really don't want to go into teaching.
I also know that you can have a job in Finance and Accounting, but they are also obvious.

 | I submitted my resume on Craig's List many times - and often when I apply to a Office Assistant or Office Manager position, I receive an email back explaining the company and how my job would be to receive their US checks and to take them to my bank or a cash checking place and keep a percentage and send the rest of the funds to them- has anyone ever gone through with this and is it a scam? I've never responded, thinking it wrong in some way.

 | I am n a dilemma. I went 2 an interview 4 a job as a credit analyst with 1st commercial bank Sept 17th. I was told I should find out n 2 weeks if I have the job. Its been 9 days. I have been offered a job already 4 Sherwin Williams for $36,000 as assistant manager. I have not taken the SW Job yet, because I wanted 2 wait a few more days to see if got a job with the bank. However I have been offered an interview with Ameriprise Financial on Monday Oct 1st. If I get offered the job by Friday at the lastest with the bank I will go on ahead and take the bank job. If not I will go on ahead and go to the interview with AF and pressure them into getting a job because there is another offer. Lets assume that I don't get the job with the bank, if AF offered me a job, would it better to go with them or with SW? I have MBA in Finance from Univ of Illinois. If I get an interview with AF but am not hired on the spot how many days should I wait?

 | I am currently in college and don't know what I want to do in life. My current major is nursing but I am a nursing assistant and I know I do not want to become a nurse, despite the good job prospects. It is just not my thing. However, what are the prospects for someone with the above degrees? And what kind of jobs could I work with degrees in those fields?
Ok, but what about international studies?

 | I'm looking to switch careers from retail to something finance oriented. I have the experience to come in as a banking associate (personal banker, branch manager...) while taking the steps toward focusing on investments, but what is the general salary. And also if anyone has suggestions for another path within this field, I'd appreciate that as well.
