Teller Group Leader Job Questions & Answers

I am a recent graduate of a tier three school, with a degree in finance. I currently have no experience, so I am basically in the entry level status. Anyways, I would love to pursue an analyst position or possibly get involved with budgeting/forecasting. I guess you could say those are my goals. I still havent truly decided what I want to do. I have interviewed and thought about some possible jobs, I just dont know what is going to get me the experience I need. I dont want dead end experience. Work in Retail Banking - I have purused personal banker positions, but most are telling me to start out as a teller! Work in Mortgage Origination - this is with a bank that specializes in mortgages (Indymac Bank) Offered me a position, but its hourly. Basically im trying to get a job thats not necessarily glamorous paying the big bucks, but instead allows me to develop good work ethic, with the possibility to learn and grown and mold myself into a essential player in society!

When you take a step back and truly look at the human race, you really do question why we're so different to other living creatures. For example, why do we all have jobs, legal systems etc rather than just living off the land? At the end of the day, we're just animals with a more intricate brain - some use it to explore why we're here, others use it to do exactly as they're told. Which brings me on to religion. Why are religions so grand and so largely followed when they give us no real explanation for our world. Why dedicated our entire lives to a God (or other Deity) when we're going to be alive for 80ish years and then die. I understand the wanting to live on afterwards, but there's no evidence for that possibility. If I said that by spending your life stood on one leg would result in the afterlife, would people do it? Nope, so why do so many people blindly follow these faiths? The same goes for traditions, superstitions and so on.Why do so many people read their horoscopes? I know I'm a Sagittarius. Does that mean that every week 1/12 of the worlds population will be getting the same results from their actions? Obviously not, so why do people fork out so much money into star signs? Basically, it's a crazy world we live in, and I think people should care less about what people think about them, and spend more time doing what they enjoy, whether it be sex, drugs, alcohol, food, exercise, music or whatever else rather than just doing what they feel pressurized to do. We're always taught as kids to never cave in to peer pressure, but isn't that peer pressure in itself? Not doing what our friends do in order to not upset our parents/community/teachers. Who cares what they think?!

Every year between september 3-9 a child is born bearing a mark, these children are known to grow into leaders or teachers and seem to be socialy magnetic even in their teens, will have many other children who will follow them in play. some religions call them reincarnations of some holy this or that. Some doctors, midwives and other's call them peanut babies as they usualy are lovable people who enjoy groups of people tend to be more spiritual and less profit oriented and verry close to or in tune with the earth. this comes from many sources including religious writings, masonic teachings, medical journals, wives tales, folk lore. Those higher up in many religious organizations and governments seek them out and even argue over who's country will be the next to birth one of these children. It is my theory that these are the line of david or potential reincarnations or possibly either the christ born to each generation or even just a mark of favor'd one's. maybe even the anti christ for all I know I am one of them and all my life noticably by myself and others am very different from other people, I seem to be the one picked to lead in my group of friends and also am the one singled out for advise or to handel situations when everyone else panics.Even in the Katrina disaster by total strangers. "I dont know what it is, why it is, or how, but this is the information given to me by people I have asked and research. and I have asked alot of people some church leaders, spiritualist, doctors, shamen, fortune tellers, even prayed about it. I also know my burden for the greater good to when asked to make a decision I disreguard my self and own wants/needs to choose what is better for all instead of what I want. At times that is a painfull thing too. seems the most common response to my questions I get is" guardian angel" and the job is to experiance life and pray for others. I see things like vissions and dreams like births and deaths or events, which allways come true the next day, I sometimes also hear instruction to go somewhere. just a few yeas ago I started taking it seriously and when I saw the TV show Eli stone I felt Im not the only one I was born on the sept4 with webed toes on one foot and my mom says, I was born dead. I even have a death certificate too Im now 34 and still my only desire is to help others but this last six months I have been unexplainably tired, at times its even hard to breath the doctors say theres nothing wrong but still I feel the way I do like an elephant is sitting on me. Are there more of you like me out there? If anyone knows more on this please let me know

The main character is called Echoe Truesilver (because when her foster father first found her all she could do was echo the last word a person said. She was like four or five and had suffered from a fever that left her without her memories. Oddly enough she knew her real fathers last name was Silversea and her mothers last name had been Truett.) She is a thief and can use magic. She steals from the duke and ends up being betrayed by her childhood friend. Boarding the ship her father works on she sets sail for another country. The ship is hit by storm and she is pulled off. She floats all the way to a country that she really didnt want to be in. She is found by Nine St Veris ( His name is nine because his real fathers ninth mistress was the person who gave birth to him. So his name is Nine for that.) He is an elite soldier in a group called the reaper squad. ( its his job to take out "insurgents") He and Echoe become really close. One day one of his fellow squad members finds out hes been harboring a her and the leader orders him to kill her. He doesnt want to and ends up being chased by his team members and other soldiers. They arrive at his house where his father is ready to kill her. He tells his son the truth about alot of things, namely how the leader is his father. He tries to kill Echoe but Nine ends up stabbing him before his father can do it. They leave and then bunk up with some "insurgents" He found out that some really are insurgents and some are pawns in his fathers game used to keep him busy until he becomes the next leader. Finnally he leaves after fighting and thy head to the next country. While in the country they learn about a reward. If they kill the "beast" they get alot of money. while hunting for it they save a girl being taken away by slavers. they save her and she invites them to her home. Her Name is Kira Beaos. Later she turns out to be the beast. They let her live. After staying for awhile Echoe has the same dream over and over. A fourtune teller has her go across the river into a different country. Upon entering the Royal city echoe faints. She wakes up and meets a girl named El Erihaia Fe Eu Sol. Shes the princess ( and Echoes twin from a different father) She remembers her past life and tells the others about how if they dont regain their immortality, they'll die ( Because its been a thousand years since they gave it up.) And that they have to find one more person. They get caught by some gaurds and are taken to the palace because it is thought that they kiddnapped the princess. The Emperor lets them go because he notices echoe is his daughter. (he doesnt tell anyone) and they go on to meet Leon Ma'ple. He is the last guy but they dont know that. he convinces Nine to enter a fighting tournemnet. Thats all for now. What do you think? I explained the names because you might wonder why they have weird ass names. Only the royals and some nobles can use magic in this world. Its like a genetic thing. Oddly enough each one of these characters can use it except Leon Thats the plan

I have to do a personality inventory assessment for my career development course, and so I was interested in knowing what all my fellow GLBT people's personalities are like. Here's the link to the test. It's a little lengthy (around 80 questions) but it's a simple yes/no click type test. It won't take long. http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp Would you mind taking it and reporting your results? After you get your type, also click on the link to the left that describes your "type" like teacher, architect, mastermind, etc and report that too. You don't have to, I'm just curious. :D I'm an INTJ Rational Portrait of the Mastermind (INTJ) All Rationals are good at planning operations, but Masterminds are head and shoulders above all the rest in contingency planning. Complex operations involve many steps or stages, one following another in a necessary progression, and Masterminds are naturally able to grasp how each one leads to the next, and to prepare alternatives for difficulties that are likely to arise any step of the way. Trying to anticipate every contingency, Masterminds never set off on their current project without a Plan A firmly in mind, but they are always prepared to switch to Plan B or C or D if need be. Masterminds are rare, comprising no more than, say, one percent of the population, and they are rarely encountered outside their office, factory, school, or laboratory. Although they are highly capable leaders, Masterminds are not at all eager to take command, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead. Once they take charge, however, they are thoroughgoing pragmatists. Masterminds are certain that efficiency is indispensable in a well-run organization, and if they encounter inefficiency-any waste of human and material resources-they are quick to realign operations and reassign personnel. Masterminds do not feel bound by established rules and procedures, and traditional authority does not impress them, nor do slogans or catchwords. Only ideas that make sense to them are adopted; those that don't, aren't, no matter who thought of them. Remember, their aim is always maximum efficiency. n their careers, Masterminds usually rise to positions of responsibility, for they work long and hard and are dedicated in their pursuit of goals, sparing neither their own time and effort nor that of their colleagues and employees. Problem-solving is highly stimulating to Masterminds, who love responding to tangled systems that require careful sorting out. Ordinarily, they verbalize the positive and avoid comments of a negative nature; they are more interested in moving an organization forward than dwelling on mistakes of the past. Masterminds tend to be much more definite and self-confident than other Rationals, having usually developed a very strong will. Decisions come easily to them; in fact, they can hardly rest until they have things settled and decided. But before they decide anything, they must do the research. Masterminds are highly theoretical, but they insist on looking at all available data before they embrace an idea, and they are suspicious of any statement that is based on shoddy research, or that is not checked against reality. Alan Greenspan, Ben Bernanke, Dwight D. Eisenhower, General Ulysses S. Grant, Frideriche Nietsche, Niels Bohr, Peter the Great, Stephen Hawking, John Maynard Keynes, Lise Meitner", Ayn Rand and Sir Isaac Newton are examples of Rational Masterminds.
