 | My undergraduate degree is in Politics and Religion. I spent the last two years as a community center youth director. My other job experiences have mostly been as administrative assistants. Now I really want to get into PR and event planning. I want to go back to school but I'm not sure for what. Which program would be the best in the long term, MBA in Marketing or Master's in Journalism with a concentration in PR. Of course, there are also online Master degree programs specifically in Event Planning. Thoughts?
Yes, the MS in Communications is my other choice. What about between that and the MBA?

 | We're in North Carolina, and my son is in a public daycare center. Over the last 8 months, he has been bitten at least a dozen times. Several of these were bites that we noticed when we went to pick him up; upon our finding them, the teachers would say things like "Oh, that happened earlier and we forgot to report it." In the past week he has been bitten three times and fallen (on concrete) twice, scrapping his knees and his face. The daycare center director has indicated that the biting child's mother is aware of the biting problem and is taking steps to try to correct the behavior. However, in the past, the center has moved our son (not the other kid), at times keeping him in the infant room and moving him permanently to a different class. They are now in the same room again. At what point should the center kick the other kid out? According to the teachers and accident reports, all of these have been unprovoked attacks.

 | Hey, so for my science project that's coming up, we have these 10 cell things, and we have to compare them to a movie job and I need help. They are..
Ribosome
Vacuole
Golgi body
Cell wall
Cytoplasm
Cell membrane
Nucleus
Mitochondria
Endoplasmic reticulum
Lysosome
And we have to compare them to a movie job, like you know a janitor, personal assistance, director, dance crew, stuff like that. For example, the nucleus would be the director because it is the control center, like a director. Thank you very much, I really appreciate it!

 | I am thinking of going to either UMICH, Georgia Tech, or University of Illionis at Urbana Champaign as a Industrial Engineering major and an economics minor.
I am wondering what types of companies and jobs most people get right out of undergrad with this degree. For instance, I know that from Georgia Tech, most people work in consulting companies like Deloitte and Accenture. I am wondering what the other schools' job opportunities are.
Thank you for your help in advance

 | I go to a school that's not heavily recruited. But I'm still pulling a 3.9 GPA in ME. I want a hard job in engineering that will let me travel and make me think! For the time being I'd love to just get experience as an intern or at a part time job. Shoot - I'd even slow down my degree progress if I could land an interesting full time position. But I can't seem to find them - internships, part time, or full-time jobs. Everyone wants someone who has five or more years of experience.
Are you an engineer? Do you recruit them? What do you suggest? Thank you!

 | I would love to work some place neat and watch animals and research, and be outdoors. I would love to have a good pay, too, but I don't really mind if its not. Some job other than a vet where you maybe get to be with real, wild animals. Please explain the job and what degrees, etc, you need (schooling.) Plus, say where (what country) this job usually takes place.

 | I am aware that pay isn't that great for daycare teachers who work in a regular daycare center. But what about if the teacher works in a daycare center that is located in a public high school? Would they get paid the same as a regular daycare teacher? Or would they be paid like a public school teacher?
Thanks!

 | I've been trying for years to get into the field I studied in college. I majored in Public Relations, but most job postings I find in this field are one where you need about 10 years of experience. I'm tired of the job I have right now. It's not going anywhere. Any advice?

 | My family wishes to eventually open a daycare...my sister is going into business so she would take care of that part but since I was going into education anyway, I would be in charge of that aspect. What degree would I need to become a director of a daycare? I would like it if I could major in elementary education instead of early childhood because if the daycare thing doesn't work out at least an elementary education degree has more teaching grade options than early childhood.

 | I am looking to get into psychology but I don't want to go to graduate school. People have scared me away and said the competition for clinical psychologists is fierce in the US. I'd like to put in 4 years or so. I'd be happy with being a mental health aid. What kind of jobs can you get with a bachelors?

 | I am very interested in working in a field that has to do with animals. I always wanted to become a vet but i would have to go to school across the state and i really don't think that would work for me. But I was wondering what other kind of jobs are there that work with animals that make a decent amount of money?
Thanks for you help!
