I have just received my bachelors degree and have so far only had small side jobs. When I'm looking online now, I don't even know where to start. I know that I would most likely be starting off low, but I am looking for an industry that would be cool to work in with increasing opportunities in the years to come. Does anyone have any advice for that?

It would be very helpful to me if you would be as specific as you can, including potential starting salaries. Also, what kind of job options would be available with 4 more years of grad school that would NOT be available with only a Bachelor's? I always select the best answer. Thank You.

I tried a google search and came up empty along with other yahoo answers. I can only stand up for about 2 hours after that my knees start to feel very "pressured" if that's the word to use, ...rather painful after 4 hours to make things easier. (past injury) So does anyone know of any job fields that don't require a lot of walking or standing. Even if they require further studying, I would like to know my options.

I'd like to get some of your opinions. First, I like to state some facts. If anyone knows anything about history, it is common knowledge that America became the worlds most powerful country after we claimed independence and adopted the fundamentals of the Constitution. In under 200 years of civilization, America became the worlds number one super power. There are civilizations on this planet that are thousands of years old that haven't accomplished a fraction of what we have. We can all agree on this fact, right? Capitalism was at its strongest during this time; Low taxes, free markets and a very limited government. So why can't everybody agree that it was capitalism that made this the best and safest country on the planet to live? As government started getting more powerful throughout the more recent decades, the quality of living has decreased dramatically. This being said, how can people vote for Obama when he wants to fundamentally change this country and expedite our transition in to socialism?

My husband is currently interviewing with Progressive. We are trying to figure out what training pay is for adjusters( since it lasts 12 weeks) and what starting pay is. Also wondering if any adjusters out there can tell us if they like their job there. He currently works at Enterprise with super high stress, making barely any money and working over 50 hours a week, no overtime. Any comments?

For example Big Pharmacy's sued Indian pharmacies because they supply better/cheaper HIV meds to Africa. One of many possible examples. What if eating with "tools" was intellectual property of some big company and you decide to copy/paste this useful skill and spread the enlightenment across friends so they too can copy/paste it. The big multinational would obviously lose a lot of money and jobs,
