Prospect pays 2?hen no other agent is involved or 1.5?hen working with a buyers agent. Does anyone know about other builders- small and big? Also, wanted to find out specifically about Centex Homes.

I used to work in maintenance at an apartment complex. The management company owns 6 properties in the area, including the one I was fired from. I was fired for performance related reasons, nothing illegal. Could I be denied an apartment one of the other 5 properties for that reason? The community manager is obvioiusly not the one that fired me, but the head regional lady is the same.

I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and I'm currently looking for a job where I can utilize my skills without having to go back to school for a masters degree. I work in a regular office setting right now doing odd jobs for the company. What are the best jobs to look for where I can actually use my degree?

I did my math exam today and im pretty sure I failed so i won't have the required mark to be an engineer or anything like that so I was wondering what jobs pay a lot of money. I am interested in electronic music and also stocks and I don't think you need to be really good at math to do that.

I just picked math at a local Community College as a major thinking I'd study it until the graduate level, when I can minor in Accounting or Economics. Is it worth it at this time period, and is there a safety net to fall back on?

I plan on attending a community college starting in August to take up Business Administration and then tranfer to a university after my two years there with hopes of getting an MBA from a top business school. Does a community college offer the quality of education that would allow me to get in a top business school if I manage to graduate with 3.7 or higher, which is my goal?

I have worked in customer service for 12 months and cashier for 1 month. I want to become a manager anywhere for the experience. I am going to a community college, I am proficient in math, English, computers, etc. I currently have a 3.1 GPA. I just started working at another retailer for a seasonal position, I typically can't keep a job because I went to school every semester. I am never late, always give a two week notice before quitting, etc. After this spring semester, I will only take courses during the fall and winter, and I should also have a car around August hopefully. Please give me any advice. I just want a leader position so I can see how it is, then if I like it a higher position to where I could hire and fire people if the prior manager position doesn't give me the right to. Thanks.
