What are the qualification for each profile? What are the job resposiblities of System Analyst or System Administrator? Is there any Institute in Delhi in India offering courses or training for same profile? What is the minimum Salary package is offered to Freshers for each profile? I graduated in 2003 from rider U in NJ and currently working at a banking company as a project analyst, not my ideal career and I never thought about what I wanted to do when I was in college because it always seemed so long away. Now I feel trapped in a job I hate. Just looking for advice on career moves, and I can’t take a pay cut I have a family I'm supporting.

A company that uses proprietary software has clients nationwide and local. All travel expenses are paid via American Express card. They provide free training. The prerequisite is a Bachelors Degree in a computer related field and 4 years work experience. The nationwide travel is about twice per week and 1 or 2 nights stay. The company bills the client for compensation for an undisclosed amount.

I have a Bachelor's degree in computer science. What can I do that isn't strictly programming or software development (it can involve some programming, but not where 100?f your work is coding)? Also what can I do that's outside of the IT industry? And what would I need to have or learn besides my degree to get there?

Along with my B.com graduation i am planning to go for CCNA and MCSE. What are the job prospects of learning these two networking courses?. Could i get myself a decent job. I'm looking for idea's to reward my employee's for helping my company in it's cost-savings program. I thought about a pay increase, but that is not possible right now. A few other idea's were [catering lunch, t-shirts, gift certificates]. We employ about 425 people.
