Instead of hiring consultants that will review the objectives, accomplishments, and organization of the church, and then give recommendations, I'm thinking that maybe we need to hire somebody whose job will be to identify issues, conflicts, potential problems, etc. to help make sure that the objectives of the church in relation to its mission statement are met. Will this be a job for a management analyst? Please explain your answer. Thanks in advance.

I'm considering applying for a job with my City (in California), which would mean getting CalPERS retirement benefits. The starting wage is posted, and I want to know a rough estimate of what that would translate to in retirement benefits, and roughly how much I would have to contribute (if any). I looked at the website and there were no specifics. Can anyone give me a rule of thumb on calculating the benefits? I.E., 5?f salary, etc. The job is administrative (Management Analyst). Thanks!

So what kinds of positions and jobs can you get if you want to go in to criminal psychology. Also, what kind of degrees and stuff do you need to get those kinds of jobs. I probably want to get a Ph.D in psychology and then go into crimes and stuff with that. Sorry if I am not being that clear, but I hope I get some answers!!!! :)

Would it be Marketing assistant, Market analyst, or even a Marketing Manager. None of these perhaps. I will have had internships during summer breaks in college but never a full year or more of just working for a company. I am getting ready to go to college for Marketing and am planning to get my MBA, so I was just curious what to expect out of my education when I get out.

I am currently in college and don't know what I want to do in life. My current major is nursing but I am a nursing assistant and I know I do not want to become a nurse, despite the good job prospects. It is just not my thing. However, what are the prospects for someone with the above degrees? And what kind of jobs could I work with degrees in those fields? Ok, but what about international studies?

I'm hoping to find a decent business job in this crappy economy. After debating (with myself) whether I'd pursue a generic business degree which comes highly recommended both by peers and most career sites I've been on or go bold with a much-harder Economics degree, I finally decided to go with the latter. Exactly what kind of jobs could I land with an Economics degree? Is it even advisable to pursue it?
