Why is it when a supervisor is having his workers do something a certain way because his highers ups want it done that way that the people below the supervisor question and complain to the supervisor like he can do something about it? Why do the people who work for the supervisor question why he doesn't do certain things knowing the supervisor doesn't have the power to do them?

I bought a couple of suits off the clearance rack a few months ago that I realize I never cared for. Is it illegal to resell them for a higher price if I bought them from a retailer I work for? I got an associate discount on them and everything. I know that legally it belongs to you when you purchase it, but I wonder if I can figure out if it is against company policy without actually asking any of my supervisors, lest I , you know, tip them off.

I have a friend whose customer service job was outsourced to another country so whenever she needs to call customer service for phone, credit card, etc. she first asks what country they are in. If they are not in the USA, she asks to speak with an American or a supervisor. She gives them a really hard time. I dont like the outsourcing of jobs and my home has lost value as a result of a large computer company outsourcing many jobs to Asia so USA employees lost their homes or sold them below market. I retailiated by not buying their computers when I needed a new one even though theirs are much less expensive.

Don't the rich hire the middle class to do their work. Doesn't a CEO need cash flow to hire more line level and supervisors. Doesn't a personal driver who is middle class work for the rich +250k a year. Isn't when the government hires you after creating jobs or creates an incentive to hire just another rich entity hiring you from the money made or saved from taxes.

I work at a supermarket as a cashier (sometimes a bagger if they need baggers, but I mostly run register). And there are 2 coworkers of mine with some form of mental disability. Now I have nothing wrong with those with disablities, not at all. They are baggers and I really don't like having them bag for me BECAUSE One likes to hug me and call me pet names, after I stated I don't like to be touched at all. And sometimes he'll do this even if he's not bagging on my register. Last week they had me bag for someone because it was a slow morning, and he went up and hugged me and I simply told him to go back to bagging at the other register and that I was bagging for the cashier. Next thing I know he goes to a supervisor and tells her something. In wich I simply responded that I was just bagging for this one cashier. Because thats all I was doing. And the other coworker is the one who makes me feel the most uncomfortable. He keeps trying to ask me out, in wich I declined in the NICEST way I could ("I only date boys with Trans Ams."). And it was ok for a little bit. Until a few nights ago. He comes over to bag for my register and I tried pleading with another employee not to go because I just feel really uncomfortable around this one particular bagger. A woman he (the bagger) knew walked by and they were talking. And then he goes to me being all "She's not my girlfriend so you don't have to feel jealous." Uh, I'd wish she was your girlfriend so I don't feel uncomfortable! And so this guy stays at my register till my shift is over. And then someone buys alcohol, and then the bagger turns to me, knowing that I'm 18, and offers to purchase me any alcohol that I want. What should I do? I feel very uncomfortable around these men (the 2nd bagger more so), to the point where I'm about to look for another job. IDK how HR will handle this and I don't want to be a mean person because I know these men have some sort of disability...but I don't know what to do.
