 | I've got an interview for the position of a resourcer/delivery consultant in a construction company. It is a training scheme, and they don't expect you to have much knowledge.
How should I prepare for my interview? It is my first ever interview after graduating and it would mean the world to get the job.
Any advice would help so much!

 | When a employer - human resourcer - is interviewing you and she/he is really, really, rude! Do you simple walk out? Do you continue the interview process in a civilized way - to do your share ? And why would some of the employers act that way? Is it because they probably already decided NOT TO hire you but still go thru the process - for whatever reason? If any Human resourcers are among us, please feel free to jump in. This is really important to me. And professional answers are what I'm looking for. Thanks!

 | I've never done much telephone work before but have joined a company as a resourcer.
I need to probe into their cv more to help the consultant build a profile of the candidate. What questions should i be asking apart from why they left their current job and their challenges in that role?

 | I not sure how much a recruitment consultant can expect to get paid, or how competitive the industry is, I was wondering any idea how much you would get paid working as a consultant recruiting mostly for the construction and the finance industry.
Thanks

 | I am a trainee IT recruitment resourcer and have been working for 8 months, I still dont find the right candidates for any of the roles and I have only billed 6000 so far. I have tried to get my head around the IT jargon but i still dont find relevant candidates.
Am i just stupid? My boss and the other consultants just laugh when I email shortlisted candidates to them.
Is recruitment a profession where you are either good at it or bad at it?
I feel kind of stupid/inferior and I now hate waking up for work. I have not received any training as such, my boss just tells me watch what the consultants do.
Are there any resourced like books, websites that can help me improve?
Thanks in advance :)

 | I am considering a career in recruitment and would like to know the advantages and disadvantages of being a recruitment consultant over a recruitment resoucer and vice versa. What are the long term career prospects of being a resourcer or a recruitment consultant? Many thanks.

 | I already understand pay and living conditions are better as an officer, I just want to know the differences in jobs. Say for instance what does an enlisted infantryman do that is different than an infantry officer? Any educated or prior service members want to help? I'm in college in ROTC to become an officer, but while I have a chance to get out I want to know if I'd be doing what I want to do.
For the sarcastic ones, I know that officers plan and enlisted men act on those plans. Im mainly looking for, do officers get into combat situations which require them to fight, and not just lead.
To add even more detail to my relatively simple question, to what degree is their a defining line between planning (officer) and executing those plans (enlisted)?

 | I have experience in sales on beauty products for two years in Cyprus, and a few months experience in B2B sales. I also have some sales experience on shops in the previous years. I've now come to live in the UK and I am looking for a starting point for a career in recruitment (or resourcer or trainee etc). Most of my applications seem to get rejected most of the times for the last 3 months, however my level of communication is very good (and I also speak 2 foreign languages). How can I break into the recruitment industry?
I live in East Sussex and I have been looking for a job around this area, however I've recently expanded my search in London as well.
Thanks
