Can a felon work as a lineman? -its work that invlves working on power lines?

Been out for years no porblems ,figured I would try to be a linesman can a felon work as a linesman ,I figured if I used to risk my life doing crime ,why not risk it doing something where I am actually working for my money .

I don't know about the Philippines but here in the states it is up to the employer and as most wouldn't hire you as a linemen directly they may hire you for a lessor job and after you have proven yourself then maybe they would let you.
