I'm 16, which is the legal working age here in Texas, and I've been 16 for a while. I've been applying for jobs all over the place, even when I was 15. Someone a little older than me told me that most places won't hire you without experience. Everyone has to start somewhere! So what can I do to get a job! (These are little jobs maybe at the mall or Walmart I'm mentioning) Thank you.

I'm currently a full time student at a community college. I'm doing my pre requisites for the nursing program but I do not believe this is the career path I want to go down. I know the money is excellent! The money and stability is mainly the only reason why I was interested in the nursing field but i am recently looking into new options. What are some good stable jobs that make approximately 65k a year or more that aren't accounting jobs.

And I mean salaries for specific jobs. I'm looking for info on how much Millwrights (different from Factory Workers...Millwrights, as in people who BUILT the factories for companies) used to make during the Industrial Revolution (in America). Since they were basically the engineers back in that day, surely they would've been paid more than a regular factory worker? Please help :( And please...websites would really be useful!!

I have a STRONG need for Shipfitters.AND I need pipefitters, electricians, welders (of all types) millwrights, shipwrights, boilermakers, shet metal mechanics. I have a bunch of positions open and I know there are tons of people who need jobs out there. I've posted ads locally and I have a lot of people who have come from far and wide to work, but it seems like the more people I provide the more workers we need. Any suggestions? I'm afraid people are going to start canceling their orders if I dont get some more workers. Can you give me a little help PLEASE? Oh and anyone have a good definition for Orbital WELDER? I dont know how to desribe it because this is the first time I have needed one.

Im deciding. Thinking about getting my heavy duty mechanic ticket along with my millwright and if all goes well a third ticket for welding. Im in Canada but any of these workers do you like your job and is their a good enough demand? I know the pay is quite nice but is it quite hard? I know its not an easy clean job.
