Fresh out of HS, I got an interview by a little help of an influential executive in the company and got the job the next day. Most of my colleagues are experienced engineers and draftsmen. My main job is to purchase specific parts for our current project and rent equipment at a good price and quality. Then structure them into databases according to the engineering charts. Will this experience replace a college degree. Its a major engineering/construction company.

I just recently graduated from high school but have had the mind set to become an architect since about 3rd/4th grade. Might I add I have never been good at math & I believe that's what scares me the most. I have the motivation & determination to become either one or both but start as a draftsmen. So the problem here is math, if anyone in this field could give me some advice, I'd greatly appreciate that. Thanks.
