If appealing a violation that has no basis in fact, and that appeal is denied, how can we report a customer care specialist for failing to do their job?

I have a semester off from school before i go back to do my student teaching and i would like to work a job with animals for the time being. i looked at applying for a pet care specialist at pet smart. i have had different kinds of pets myself such as dogs, cats, fish, frogs, birds and mice. I also worked at a nature camp and learned to handle turtles and snakes. i was just wondering what other skills i would need and what i would be doing. anyone know? thanks.

I want to study cosmetology, but I'm more interested in skin care. I know cosmetologists get paid like 6 an hour, but how much does a skin care specialist get paid??

I had a phone interview earlier trying to get a customer care specialist position with humana. I asked the woman what were the job duties for the position and she mentioned filing claims. I've heard this before with insurance companies, but I am not sure what this is. Can anyone give me a brief description? I want to learn as much as I can so I can do my job correctly. Any help is appreciated :)

And How much is the minimum salary to survive with the cost of living there.

I'm looking to move to los angeles for schooling, and would like to know what's a good job out there that'll be stable enough to make a living. Starbucks? Macy's? Target? I don't want to go back to McDonalds. something that's bearable to work at? any ideas?

I have been going to school for medical billing for the past year in a half and in that time I have been resorting to mainly freelance or odd-jobs work such as working at the flea market and selling for people over the internet. I have a good steady , full-time employment record with the exception of that year and a half. What kind of title and job description should I put on the resume for that period ? Thank you .
