 | I'm currently taking up BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, but I'm not really sure what'll happen after that. I know it'll obviously be something in a restaurant or hotel, but what specific jobs will be available? I'm just hoping it's not something like being a bus boy or working in the housekeeping department after spending 4 years in college. Are there any jobs that'll keep me and my family financially stable?

 | I work best independently.. solo. I hate being told what to do.. or having others.. or Supervisors breathing down your back.. checking up on you. Even a job I can do to start my own business.. like housekeeping. Any other ideas?

 | I'm writing a story ( if I need to provide the details on the plot of the story, just ask) Until then, however, I need a word that will fulfill the following needs. It's the future and slaves ( children) are being used to mine coal, and for other various jobs that slaves would be used for. The government needs to use a word that means to work hard because the public knows and accepts that the children do, but it needs to be a word with a positive connotation to keep the public from looking at the fact that it's a horrible state of living ( even though it's a common knowledge, people tend to look away from it as much as possible)
The children are divided into separate ( word I'll use when you provide it)
1. Small children are used to reach into areas within mines that adults, and older children/teens, cant.
2. Older children/teens used for the physical labor. Sifting dirt away from coal, transporting (under close "supervision") and the like.
3. Housekeeping for guards and supervisor homes, cooking for the camp, and the like. While a more phisically easy position sexual abuse is all too common within the position.
4. Used as a benefit for snitches, and those that copperate fully and absolutely. These are the ones that are taught mechanics, and given security positions, Any job within the camps that are tolerable ( or even desirable as training to be a mechanic, or construction worker could be)

 | I keep seeing them at colleges that I'm investigating. I love to write, stories and occasionally an essay that I love the subject of. I enjoy English class, poetry and everything that we do. I'm just not sure what kind of jobs are out there for a English major or a writing major.

 | Okay, here it is. I am currently employed as a nursing assistant. When I applied, I was looking for something in an office environment because of my degree and the current classes I'm taking. That being said, I just took th position of a shower aide because o the schedule. Nw here is the kicker. They have two positions open, housekeeping supervisor and Activities Director. If I inquire about them, do I look like someone who doesn't know what they are looking for? Or should I bite the bullit and ask?
