I am applying for a Safety stewards job with G4S. I am completing the form and one section asks for a employment history for the last 5 years, I have been in college for 4 years, and I have included my final year at school, which = 5 years of history, but when I click next on the form it says "You cannot proceed to the next stage without completing your references. You are required to submit at least 5 years of references." , I don't know why it keeps saying this as I have given them 5 years reference, Help would be much appreciated, what should I do?

At the moment I'm just happy I have a job and when I leave college will take anything I can do that comes along. But A few years down the line I wouldn't mind trying a job that involves traveling the world. The Army or any jobs involving war zones don't count.

I am a member of UNITE/ TGWU. We are having our wages cut at work even though the company is busier than ever. Our outside area official is not doing a very good job of trying to fight this for us. He is the area rep and covers the company a friend of mine works for and can't do enough to help them with their disputes. Is there anything we can do to try and get him to work as hard for us? We really need to now where to try and complain about him. Thanks.
