Teacher Aide Interview HELP!!!!?

I have an interview at a school district tomorrow, i had one also this past wednesday and i didnt get the job im assuming they will ask the same type of questions and i thought i answered very well, it might be because im so young im only 21 or it might of been my answers im not quite sure but i remember some of the questions and want to know how other people would answer them. The position is for a Teacher aide at an elementary school. I have a lot of volunteer experience working with kids and im a parent myself to a 3 year old can someone please tell me how they would answer these questions if they were in my place. 1. Your a teacher aide and you notice someone unfamiliar on campus what do you do? 2. The teacher you are working with teaches in a different way than you do and you dont like it what do you do? 3. At our school we have a variety of different students, how do you plan to help them with their induvidual needs as a group? 4. A fight breaks out in the cafeterie or playground what do you do?
