I would like to become a community health educator but at the same time I'd like to get involved in other humanitarian work such as helping the poor etc. How do I combine these two areas and look for a career that would involve both.

I thought about becoming a physical therapist, but I don't want to be in school for 6 years. What other jobs in the health field would be similar or interesting?
For most of my life so far I've been dreaming of working with these amazing creatures. They have fascinated me and pushed me to have the want to take part in Training them. To be honest any particular job that includes interacting with such mammals interests me. Do you think I could possibly become a trainer? With the proper study of course.
I want to be a registered dietitian, or maybe a nutritionist, will a health education help with that?
So I am really enjoying my health psychology class which focuses a lot on preventing illness before it occurs and how our physical health is related to our mental health, I am also loving my nutrition class. I definitly want to get a job in the health field, and I really like the idea of preventitive medicine and helping people stay healthy before they get sick (physically or mentally). What kind of jobs would deal with this, and what area should I get an advanced degree in (if needed). I will be graduating in May with a B.A. in Psychology.
How many years do you need to go to school? Where can you work, and what is the pay range?

And I can't think of what the professional title of the job is...I just call mine my diabetes counselor but idk if thats the real title. Any help is appreicated! Thanks!

I heard about a college degree in biology (psychology, marine biology, zoology, etc.) I also talked to a Sea Lion Trainer at SeaWorld San Antonio and he told me that they look a lot for your abilities to swim. Experience is preferred but not required and the degree is also not required but preferred, anyone have more information?
I saw Shamu's show "Believe" and it was amazing!
I ended up speaking with one of the trainers for a brief amount of time. But i am sixteen and live about 4 hours away from San Antonio.
But i was wondering what would be the best college to attend to and what exact college classes i should take. I plan on attending the adventure camp next summer too.
