I would like to be counselor at a college, high school, or for professionals. I have a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Human Resources plus 3 years interviewing and selection experience. Is there any website specifically for career counselors? I am very familiar with all your general job boards (monster, indeed, Career builder), but you comb through thousands of posts for one real career counselor post.

Already asked this, but maybe someone will have the answer this time... i'm a freshman at pomona college. being a studio art and media studies double major, i've decided to pursue a career as a professor of media studies (just so you know, media studies is the critical analysis of film, television, print, etc). i'm working very hard in my classes to retain a high GPA, but what else can i do to keep myself on track to eventually work in academia? should i be focusing on research opportunities or trying to get internships in the working world? also, what is the type of education i need in order to apply to be a professor at a four-year school? do i need a PhD, or just a master's degree?
