Also, how does it compare against the MS Stat program at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater and the program in California State University at East Bay? Specifically, how do they compare in terms of job prospects? My background is an MA in pure Math from Central Michigan University(this is a small regional school, maybe Tier 3 or Tier 4). I'm trying to switch into Statistics from just pure Math.

This may sound like a silly question, but I guess I am just not the guy who knows it. I have never ever been there in my life. May I know, what takes place inside an office? How is work carried out there? What does each and every person in the office do? What is the role of each and everyone? How is work allocated? Can someone explain to me in a simple way, please? How are the roles divided? Can anyone show me a source? I have never worked in an office before. I always work on site.

I'd really like to get a job at a local radio station, but I'm not sure how to go about that. Is it an application process, where you visit some stations and ask for forms to fill out, or do you need to wait around until a station posts a vacancy?

I really would like to learn and it's difficult even starting. I hear most djs are self taught, but how do I decide what equipment is best? I just want to shadow someone else or go somewhere where they can teach me to make my own decisions on what would work best for me. Is this like a craigslist thing?
