Chief Information Officer/Chief Technology Officer I know that both are business executives.. & also that they both have a background in technology as well as business what are the distinct differences? what are the differences in average salary ? which position holds more prestige ? Professional advice is greatly appreciated... What i'm really looking for: Degrees (Undergraduate & Graduate) needed Detailed description of Resume/Road to position (E.G. positions held prior to appointment as executive, job training, etc , & other vital miscellaneous information).

Information Technology jobs are scarce where I live. That's what im going to school for, however. Im really interested in this field and i was wondering what was the highest paying job in the industry? Oh and if you can tell me where Bill Gates started out, and how he became the most richest man in the world. whaddya mean by Sales? do you mean like a pitch man? Or like a commercial designer? "Sales" is also a very broad term too.

If you were a CIO (Chief Information Officer) starting today and you got a job in a new company that had prior and maybe ongoing security issues, what steps would you take to 'shore up' this company? Assumptions: 1. There is a recognized problem where prior losses occured due to security issues. 2. There is management buy-in that help is needed and resources are needed. 3. Employees for the most part are very agreeable and willing to help secure the company. What measures would you take to quickly help this company??

I'm planning to attend a college that offers Air Force ROTC and graduate as a second lieutenant. However, I'd like to know what kind of jobs would be available to me once I do graduate. Could I be a doctor? If so, would I have to go to med school at some point? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I completed my A'levels. I had Maths, Biology and Chemistry. I'm trying to join a university. I was thinking about doing this IT course. It's only 3 years. Will I get any good jobs after completing this course? There's another course, Bachelor of Software Engineering. Which course would be better? And what kind of jobs am I most likely to get after completing them? For the info, I'm living in Australia.

Or does it stay private? for example you go through a methadone or subutex treatment programme and when you apply for jobs then does it go against your application? or does it stay private? considering you dont have any criminal records or anything. This in the UK. Thanks.
