Leader Job Questions & Answers

I'm the only shift leader @ my job & it's not working out. I always work hard & never have a problem w/ ppl telling me what to do. My motto at any job is to make my manager's job as easy as possible. Which also includes not whining or complaining about bad CSRs. Two of my representatives are the complete opposite and just think their job is cashiering and nothing else, they seem incompetent sometimes. They can't do anything w/o being told exactly what to do everyday they work. When they finally do something and my boss finds something wrong w/ it, they blame me for not giving detailed instructions. I've never want to be the shift leader that's hated but its backfiring on me, they're running me over. Everytime I work w/ them I finish late and I get in trouble for it. I really think they need to be dealt w/ in some way but my boss does nothing about it. How do I use my authority w/o being an ass and how do I get my boss to realize that there's truly a problem?

Do you give you an idea of the context. Two married couple split up and the family is divided for the most part. Is it the mans job to "chase" (for lack of a better word) the family, to unite them and bring them under a unified regime? Since traditionally the husband/MAN should be the leader of the household, and its the leaders job to bring everyone in line. But what happens when no one wants to follow? what then? Is it lack of leadership, or do the followers just suck and following?

My town would have a single leader. The leader would be elected by the citizens. Each leader would have a four year term and have actual power. The leader’s job is to enforce laws. The government would pay for the damages that hired rescue companies would fix like helicopters, military, the Red Cross, (etc…). In my town, people will have to pay taxes. The job of the government is to take care of people. People are allowed to vote for laws. This town would have limited freedom so people won’t go crazy and take advantage of it. People will work together to construct public water projects for a profit. Education is paid for by government and paid with taxes. The people have to use natural resources and technology to fix the problems of natural disasters and other types of disasters as well.My country attacks other countries without being provoked. My military protects people from outsiders. The leader of the country controls the military. The leader of the country has tons of power and has to follow the constitution too. Professional soldiers will be hired for the military.Decisions are made by people voting. The other branches of government do have to support the person/group when making decisions. Women and men over the age of 21 in the middle and high class and they have to be working to participate in decision making. The government enforces all the decisions.Taxes and most people’s generous contributions would help pay for the government’s responsibilities. 14 million dollars would help pay for the responsibilities. I will have taxes. The middle and higher class will pay the same amount of taxes. 55?f their income should be taxed. Tax collectors would collect taxes on a specific date which is the first day of March.

The Tea Party representatives of Congress were elected to bring about change concerning the creation of new jobs, yet not one piece of legislation has emerged from the Republican Congress regarding this topic. Instead, they're "busy" reaffirming our "National Motto". Explain yourselves!

Name one thing Obama failed at? After losing hundreds of thousands of jobs per month before he took office due to the Greenspan debacle, jobs have consistently grown month after month. There has been considerable healing considering the massive heart attack Bush and the GOP put the economy thru. The only thing he failed at was allowing the bullies in the Republican party to lie and distort his purpose and mission. Maybe Obama is sly like a fox--he's letting the Republican party hang themselves through their own delusional and misguided thinking.
