I recently applied for a job as a junior marketing executive. Under salary, the advert said 'negotiable'. Roughly how much could I expect to earn from this role?

How much do you think a marketing executive should be paid? Two years experience, responsible for one market, preparing proposals, meeting and presenting to senior managers, developping marketing plan, planning sales, etc.. Bare in mind that in less then 8 months sales forecast went from 0 up to 600.000 euro thanks to me. I only get paid 30.000 euro per year and I might get 5000 more, but is 35.000 euro enough for a job like this in Dublin???

I have very recently started a new job, and i already loathe it. its a telesales role, but frankly the employers oversold the role in the job advert and the interview. they actually posted the ad asking for a sales and marketing executive, and during the interview said my role would involve liasing with business owners on the phone to book them in for appointments with specialists. what they didnt tell me was that i would be sat in a room for 8 hours a day dialling number after number after number and continuously reading a script mindlessly. because they didnt actually advertise or mention a 'telesales' role this isnt what i expected at all. ive only been there a couple of weeks so i know it wont look good on cv straight away but how long should i wait to start applying so i dont look like a job hopper(which im really not they just really made it sound completely different to what it is). prior to this i worked in retail for 2 years which was my first job so ive never been with a company for a suspiciously short time. im on a month probation preiod but the contract is permanent they just have the right to terminate after months. how long should i wait to apply elsewhere? sorry meant to put 3* months probation but the 3 key isnt working properly lol. theres no part time available but i wouldnt be able to afford it anyway. im not going to leave without getting another job offer cos i need the money but just dont know how long to leave it before applying elsewhere so it doesnt look bad. even if i tell other employers the real reason im looking to leave so soon i still think it will look bad on me regardless of the reason

For part of my midterm project, I need to write a piece describing the English skills that would be necessary to attain a job as a marketing/advertising executive. I think like 3-5 would be good enough... it only has to be about 3 pages long.

I applied for a job, and in the expected salary box i said 'negotiable' as i didnt want to under or over sell myself. I now have a job interview with this company, and i was just wondering what would be the best thing to say if this question reappears. My experience is very little, as i am a recent graduate. But was wondering how to take on this experience in person. Thanks, any help appreciated!

I am a marketing executive II. People keep telling me that if it costs even one penny, then it's a scam. i don't understand this. If you apply for any other job on the streets, and they tell you that you have to have special clothes and shoes, you go right out and buy them so that you can work at that company. Where i work, the cost is less than $100.00 to build your own business, and it is 100?efundable if you don't want to continue. Why am i painted as the bad person, and street jobs that make you buy special clothing and shoes are ok? They don't refund the cost of what you purchased to work at their company, it's just your loss if you decide not to work there. Yet they aren't called scammers.........what's the difference?
