At the moment i am a care support worker and it just isnt really me. there seem to be a few jobs around in credit control and i fancied trying out for one. I have good customer service skills and reasonable I.T skills and work well on my own or in a team. Is that enough?

If so how bad was your credit and how bad was the interest rate? Do they really loan to anyone with bad credit? Providing that they have a decent job and they have been trying to get their credit under control? Thanks in advance for any answers!
All of my past credit history has dropped off and now I am faced with having no credit. I have heard jewelry store credit is the easiest to get, but I cant even get that. So, how can I get some credit to start re-building my credit.
I have just received my bachelors degree and have so far only had small side jobs. When I'm looking online now, I don't even know where to start. I know that I would most likely be starting off low, but I am looking for an industry that would be cool to work in with increasing opportunities in the years to come. Does anyone have any advice for that?
I've fixed my credit report and have no outstanding debt and it has been that way for over a year now, however, I cannot get approved for any kind of loan or any unsecured credit cards. How can I improve my credit so that I can get approved for these in the future?

The Republicans seem to shift fault and credit back and firth a lot.
When jobs are few they blame the President but when they are plentiful they take credit fr it.
In last nights Republican debates they were crediting themselves for doing great jobs in creating jobs in their states but then they claim the President is killing jobs.
If the president is the controlling factor in jobs wouldn't he be at blame for loss as well as gain?
Currently my credit score is around 550 :(!
I have 5 credit cards that are maxed out totally $3000 - I have one credit card - joint with my mom - zero balance. I have past due bills on my credit totaling about $3000.
So my question is, if I pay all of the past due bills and pay the balances on my credit cards and for the next 6 months continue to charge little and pay the full balance and continue to pay my car payment on time? In 6 months - how much of an impact will this have on my credit score with no new credit inquiries?
Also once a bill is in collections and on your credit report - when you pay it, does it go away and not show on your credit report anymore?
I have bad credit, mostly student loans, and I unfortunately found out that some or maybe all branches of the military do credit checks. I wanted to join the Air Force Reserve, but apparently they check your credit! Is there any branch that doesn't?
Unfortunately, I opened 2 credit cards when I turned 18. I did not pay on time and went to a collection agency. Am now in my early to mid 20's and paid everything I owe. My credit score is low and would love to know how to improve my credit score because of the foolish mistakes I made in the past.
Thanks in advance.
This is because i'm just 19 years old and in my second year of college, so I was just wondering, becuase I am planning on applying for a credit card soon.
P.S.- Do any of you know whats a good credit card for first-time soon-to-be credit card holders?
