	How much should a Finance Analyst job pay? I've recently found out I'm being promoted at work from a cash management clerk position (32k/year) to a finance analyst. I have a bachelors in business, emphasis in finance. Been out of school 1 year. I'm a terrible negotiator, where do I start, 40k to much? 	What is the best way to start gaining job experience if you don't have any in your field? I recently graduated with a degree in Economics, but unfortunately I am lacking in actual job experience in my field. What is the best way to find jobs in my case? I am finding it difficult to find jobs that don't require at least a couple years of experience in addition to the education I have. I am open minded, and will take any thing in finance, or accounting that I think I qualify for. I also have taken classes in math and stat and would be interested in any kind of analyst job in these areas if I qualify for them. I realize there are internships, but I think they are usually targeting college students. I've been working at this payroll company for almost half a year and I still have half a year left until I get my degree in Finance.
