I'm interested in being a corporate Financial Analyst but I'm not quite sure what they do everyday. Please note that corporate FAs are different from investment banking FAs (which I have read their day-to-day activities before) and I'm looking specifically for corporate FA duties and activities.

I am currently in college and don't know what I want to do in life. My current major is nursing but I am a nursing assistant and I know I do not want to become a nurse, despite the good job prospects. It is just not my thing. However, what are the prospects for someone with the above degrees? And what kind of jobs could I work with degrees in those fields? Ok, but what about international studies?

I'm hoping to find a decent business job in this crappy economy. After debating (with myself) whether I'd pursue a generic business degree which comes highly recommended both by peers and most career sites I've been on or go bold with a much-harder Economics degree, I finally decided to go with the latter. Exactly what kind of jobs could I land with an Economics degree? Is it even advisable to pursue it?

I know that you can get almost any job with a Mathematics degree, and I also that Mathematics graduates have the LOWEST levels of UNEMPLOYMENT, but which jobs can they get exactly? Specific details please? I know that you can be a maths teacher/lecturer, and that's obvious, but I really don't want to go into teaching. I also know that you can have a job in Finance and Accounting, but they are also obvious.

I am going to major in Information systems management and technology, but recently I've been looking at various job listings and happened to see that most employers want 5+ years of experience----coupled with hundreds of certifications that must be constantly renewed. These demanding requirements have caused me to doubt this major.... Are there any jobs in this field that are easy to break into and do not require so many certifications and experience?
