I have just received my bachelors degree and have so far only had small side jobs. When I'm looking online now, I don't even know where to start. I know that I would most likely be starting off low, but I am looking for an industry that would be cool to work in with increasing opportunities in the years to come. Does anyone have any advice for that?

Think about it. Africa is poorer than china and the jobs really could help africans provide for their familes. There is far too much stuff with made in china labels or stickers on them. Africa is closer than china to the UK and europe. The jobs could help africans get vacinations for illness and protect their children. So why go to china all the time. The only things that i have seen that are made in an african country are some t shirts made in maurtisus God in failing. The reason factories move to china is because it is cheaper than the west and chinese people work for far less

If I specialize in the economic field, what will I be doing and who will I be working for? What would be my annual salary? Would it make any difference if I specialize in the cultural field?

What exactly does the term "crash" mean? Is it when the price of the shares go down too low? And how do they determine the price of the shares? I still don't understand one thing...so if people are trying to pull out of the stock market, does that mean they are selling back to the company or to everyone? I mean if no one will buy the stocks, would the company have to buy it back?

How about some government oversight to the welfare system??? That would creat jobs to check on folks who REALLY are deserving of benefits..... NOPE OUR LOVELY GOVERNMENT JUST HANDS OUT AND pisses OUR money away not only on welfare, but some many other gov sponsered BS.... wasteful spending, including sending fraudulant tax return checks to i****************s!!!! There NEEDS to be some control over welfare, a cap to how much one can make on entitlements otherwise, why should you work when you got cash flow? The welfare system will change.... and be cut, to the point where people just get by, and are force to find work, or be made to work in the communities they live in to receive such benefits, like sweeping streets, cleaning government buildings, and putting forth an effort to contribute in some way insead of sitting on their butts til noon waiting for their dealer to show up to get teir fix, and drink beer all afternoon while watching the price is right, that's the truth!!! and sometimes that hurts, but we the people can't live like this, something has got to give. Corporations, businesses, etc just don't come out of thin air to start making money on youron YOUR money my friend. PEOPLE actually stick their neck out and invest their hard eraned savings into something they beive in, and if they fail they lose everything with no government bail-out to come and save their a$$. So, with 27 employees and a 200k originally investment 7 years ago, I made it. My business is now worth 2.5 million dollars and a monthly earnings report of almost 100 k, call me greedy... I'm the bad guy right and should profit from what i made? Do you want a job? Line product packaging specialist, Central Pennsylvania, @ $9. an hour with benefits after 30 days, 2 weeks paid vacation and 48 hours sick time annually. When the inflation finally kicks in and the bottom drops out, all of the welfare people will be the first to go, mark my word. Thise dependent on government is what they want you to be, but cuts will be made to the bottom, and no more checks, no more freebies, the gravy train will come to a screeching halt. Watch and see what happens, our own government planned it. There will be herds of POOR people in America very very soon.

Socialized healthcare is a terrible mistake but so many people seem enamoured of it or a government ran socialized health insurance. Why don't people understand that this will drive up the costs for everyone and make it more difficult to obtain? People in Canada cross the border into the U.S. daily to use our healthcare system and people in Great Britain die waiting for Cat scans. Socialism has never worked; yet many people here seem to think it's the way to go.
