| It's an incorporated Landscape company and my partner is currently playing the role of investor with 90?f the start-up costs. Where as I, will be working full-time labour/business admin and development on a salary. My assumption: I try to match his capital as quick as possible, until then that's the only revenue I get to touch. Does he get the rest? Would he be paid only in dividends?Should there be set aside a Back to Business Investment fund?
I'm just confused how the money disseminates and who plays which role in this corp.

KABUL, Afghanistan, March 4 — American troops opened fire on a highway filled with civilian cars and bystanders today, American and Afghan officials said, in an incident that the Americans said left 16 civilians dead and 24 wounded as they fled the scene of a suicide car bombing in eastern Afghanistan. One American was also wounded.

A suicide car bombing was part of the violence, the United States military said.
The shooting set off demonstrations, with local people blocking the highway, the main road east from the town of Jalalabad to the border with Pakistan.
And there were differences in some of the accounts of the incident, with the Americans saying that the civilians were caught in crossfire between the troops and militants, and Afghan witnesses and some authorities blaming the Americans for indiscriminately shooting at civilian vehicles in anger after the explosion.
The United States military said the unit came under fire after a suicide bomber detonated his explosive-laden car near their convoy “as part of a complex ambush involving enemy small-arms fire from several directions.”
The marines, who were on patrol near Jalalabad airfield, returned fire, and the civilians were killed and wounded in the crossfire during the battle, according to a statement from the military press office at Bagram airbase near Kabul.
“We regret the death of innocent Afghan citizens as a result of the Taliban extremists’ cowardly act,” Lt. Col. David Accetta, a military spokesman, said in the statement. “Once again, the terrorists demonstrated their blatant disregard for human life by attacking coalition forces in a populated area, knowing full well that innocent Afghans would be killed and wounded in the attack.”
Yet some of the wounded interviewed in the hospital by news agencies said the only shooting came from the American troops. A hospital official, who asked not to be named, said all the wounded were suffering from bullet wounds and not shrapnel from the bomb explosion.
Hundreds of Afghans blocked the road and threw rocks at police officers in protest afterward, with some demonstrators shouting “Death to America! Death to Karzai,” a reference to President Hamid Karzai, The Associated Press reported.
The shooting is a setback for American forces in Afghanistan, who have been working to contain the continuing insurgent attacks, in particular roadside bombs and suicide attacks, and win the support of the people with reconstruction and development projects. Deadly riots shook Kabul last May after American troops were involved in a fatal car crash and then opened fire on the crowd.
Among the dead this morning were a woman and two children in their early teens, said Dr. Ajmal Pardez, the provincial director of health, speaking by telephone from the Jalalabad city hospital. He said the hospital received 10 dead and 25 wounded people from the incident, with four people in critical condition, he said.
After the suicide attack, the American soldiers treated every car and person along the highway as a potential attacker, though none of the people showed hostile intent, Muhammad Khan Katawazi, the district chief of Shinwar, told The Associated Press.
“They were firing everywhere, and they even opened fire on 14 to 15 vehicles passing on the highway,” said Tur Gul, 38, who was standing on the roadside by a gas station and was shot twice in his right hand. “They opened fire on everybody, the ones inside the vehicles and the ones on foot.”
Some of the wounded interviewed by The Associated Press said the soldiers opened fire indiscriminately on passing cars and pedestrians on the busy main road.
“When we parked our vehicle, when they passed us, they opened fire on our vehicle,” said 15-year-old Mohammad Ishaq, who was hit by two bullets, in his left arm and his right ear. “It was a convoy of three American Humvees. All three Humvees were firing around.”
In other fighting, two British soldiers were killed on Saturday in southern Afghanistan, the British Defense Ministry said today. The men were involved in heavy fighting that has raged for three days in the town of Sangin, said Col. Tom Collins, a NATO spokesman in Kabul. Townspeople have fled the town and abandoned their shops as Taliban insurgents and British troops stationed there have been trading artillery and rockets, according to a resident of the area.

| Dream Come True.
During his time in education, Adam lacked motivation and the self-esteem to learn in some of the more chalk and board style lessons i.e. Science, English and Religious Education the lack of commitment lead him to losing his concentration and causing disruption within the class. Adam engaged in the more practical and interesting subjects like ICT and Business Studies as a result of this he gained A-C GCSE’s in these subjects.
After leaving school Adam started on a 6 month IT computer course at Zenos in Wakefield, which he enjoyed a lot but as it was a short course, Adam completed it with no motivation to progress. This then lead him to spending 6 months at home with no commitment to his future and given a community sentence by the Youth Offending Team for using excessive violence which made him lose direction of his life.
Adam had the idea that he could enrol on an e2e (entry to employment) course at Barnsley College just for the money (EMA) but this mentality soon changed when he was referred to the Youth Development for a work placement, 7 months ago Adam had a low self-esteem, no confidence and no motivation so Mark Garside (Chief Operational Officer) let him settle in and gradually increasing his work load in hope of helping Adam feel more comfortable and become more confident. Mark could see the potential that Adam and had a conversation with Adam.
Adam told Mark he wanted to run his own business and thought it was impossible Mark assured him that he will help him make his dream come true if only Adam would work with him and changed his lifestyle. The Youth Development found out how talented Adam is with computers by setting him various tasks i.e. creating a website for the Youth Development. The Youth Development increased Adam’s skills to make him become a talented web designer as well as helping him research and build up his own business called Community Computer Solutions Yorkshire (CCSY). With the funding from the Prince’s Trust and the support of The Youth Development CCSY is a non for profit organisation that will support 40?f benefit claimants of which don’t have regular access to a computer to progress them by building web profiles, writing CV’s and having regular sessions to teach them the basics of how to use a computer as well as recycling and refurbishing computers to sell at a affordable price (As they cant afford retail).
Adams confidence has now increased and he has the direction of becoming a successful business man who has recently got his first business opportunity by designing a website for Barnsley Community Build which has got his company of the ground. We are all very proud of Adam and what he has achieved during his time at the Youth Development and the Youth Development support CCSY and Adam all the way.

While we are still climbing coconut tree and making tuba for the drinking session this night. Why can't we be like them even half of what they know would be fine. I was also hoping that DOST should be attach to the Philippines military in building weapons for our own defense and offense capability. With the present nano technology we can harness it's potential by making not only body armor steel platted or titanium built for police officers during heavy firefight but could also monitor their pulse/heart and vital sign. I also thought about a shoes that can monitor a person's vital sign from heart/pulse/blood rate all because of a microchip that is embedded in the sole of the shoes and the monitoring screen is place in the wrist just like a watch and small like an MP3. All he/she have to do is turn on to check his/her condition every now and then while at work or at play. I suppose my idea is not appropriate in Philippines condition. Sabi nga mababaw magisip ang Filipino just look at some of the questionnaire here, at mababaw din ang kaligayahan. I know...I know this idea wouldn't work in the Philippines.
