What is the best way to get the barista job at Starbucks??? I only have work experience in a preschool. I really want this job but don't know how to land this job. Please give me advice thanks.

| I want to get a barista/counter job at this cafe but I'm only 17, just out of high school and have no workers experience, but I have to start somewhere. I live in Pennsylvania and I'm wondering if there are any papers I should bring or get any permits, requirements, certificates, etc. A resume would be a little much lol. | I have a fair bit of experience making coffees at a bakery. I love making coffee and I'd like to become a proper barista. I have been getting job interviews for barista jobs. I want to know how I can improve myself as a barista so I can do well in a job and keep the job. What are some tips for being a really good barista? I know the basics of coffee making but that's it and I've never worked in a busy cafe as a barista so I need some advice! Thank you.

 | I had a group interview for a barista job at a local coffee shop last Thursday, I got a call sunday and they wanted me to come in to take a test about coffee, I passed it with an 83?nd they said they wanted me to go in for one last interview later this week and they'll make a decision.

They said I would be great, since I look so tall and mature for my age, but they said I need to learn how to prepare coffee from scratch.
