 | I've listed out a couple here; I'm pretty sure I want to work in the retail or food service CORPORATE industry. There are a bunch of job titles for entry level employees, which include:
1. Marketing
2. Operation
3.Sales
4.Product development
5.Strategy
So..... which should I pick if I want to eventually become a regional manager (one who manages a lot of stores/sales)?
Please Help!

 | The general public seems to believe that, but there's a bias among food service establishments that chefs are supposed to be men. Why is there a double-standard in place?

 | I am college student, and I've found my dream job and that is to plan large scale events. Now my major is Psychology and I'm doing a minor in management, so I feel I could put my degree to use in this position. However, I need to find a way to get myself into that catering/event planning environment and I can't decide which way would be best. Any suggestions?

 | I'm 17 and I'm interested in working at an airport becouse I love the environment. I'm particularly interested in positions of management where there is a lot of moving around and meeting & helping people (airport manager?). (Not pilot, luggage handler, or flight attentedant, work at fast food chains or gift shops!) and also, what's the job title of people who check your passport and tell you where you're sitting?
It would be good if you could tell me as many possibilities and how much that job usually pays because a decent salary is important. Thanks!

 | I'm a funeral planner and I'm wondering if more people knew of my services if they'd use them. I find most people have a hard time thinking, let alone planning for their funeral. I usually target older clients, but would younger people be interested in having someone do the legwork and put together a full design plan?
No offense taken, but a Funeral Planner picks up where a Funeral Director leaves off. I don't want to do the job of the funeral director. My job is to help clients select the best funeral home for their needs then to plan the reception, memorial, party or parade etc. that the client wants to incorporate into their service. In my experience, many people want to get away from the funeral home setting and do something of more meaning to their life.
I'm intrigued that you do as much as you to for your clients as well. In my experience not many funeral homes take it upon themselves to do so much.

 | I am really interested in the degree. I dont know much about it and since there are not many schools that offer the program, finding information is rather difficult. Any job that you know of would help a bunch, government or public.

 | Are there any changes in employment law (to encourage employers to take on staff and people to take up jobs)) or other action in terms of spending on infrastructure (if so on what sort of projects) that might help?
Also, what factors determine the level of employment in a country like the UK?
Any guidance would be appreciated.....

 | For example disaster relief, starvation or to donate for an orphan. I think the charity organizations keep some ?f the donated money to pay their administrative staff and other workers of their organization. If I give $10.00, would the whole amount reach the poor person? Or does the charity organization buy food and clothes form this money and send it to the poor? Obviously, I never will know whether the needy has benefited from my gift. Although, I receive a 'thank you' reply from the organization.

 | I am 14 years old and was wondering if I could get a job as a waitress. I need to start saving up for my car (I am getting a hardship when i am 15). My friend mentioned that even though I am under 15, you can still get a job as long as i am only cleaning and serving the food; not preparing it.
Is this true??? I really need to know...
