I want to be a fbi special agent. im pretty good except for my grades. I am a good obedient kid in high school that has never got a office referral never got detention or OCS. but my grades are not that good. If i still get a degree from accounting, does my GPA really matter if they will select me for the FBI special agent job?

After seeing the tv Sue Thomas FBeye I really wanted to become an FBI agent. Before that I've always wanted to be a police cop or something like that. My dad's a lawyer so I knew I didn't want the same job as he did. I'm just curious exactly do you apply for an FBI agent job. Do they pick the agent themselves or just whoever can get past the training?

Okay so i'm a junior now in High School and i have to start thinking about what i want to major in. Well i got my career choices down to either becoming an accountant or become part of the FBI or become part of the SWAT team. I know for accounting i just major in accounting (duh) but how about the FBI or SWAT. Like what are the requirements. (and i'm "leaning more" towards become an FBI agent than a SWAT team member.) Any useful information is greatly appreciated. Plus best answer (most detailed) gets the 10 pts.

I'm wondering what college degrees I'd need, extra curricular activities, basically everything I'd need to have a real shot at joining the FBI as well as internships etc. I'd really appreciate any info on the subject, thanks!
