For example, a recent job in Oklahoma said that the position grade was 12. I this grading system comparable across states? I and trying to decide if it is local - as in city or county - or if it is state. 	What's the difference between state jobs and other government jobs? I mean are the DOL and the DOT considered state or gov. jobs (I know that things like the Parks and Recreation jobs are considered city jobs)?
