I am a veterinary technician at a specialty practice and I work two different services: Emergency and Cardiology. The duties for each of these services vary greatly, although there is some overlap. What would be the best way for me to list these on my resume? Have one section as ER tech and one section as Cardiology Tech? Or just list them together? Not really sure what would be best. Thanks!

Do you only preform ultrasounds on pregnant women? On other body parts? Can you specialize in preforming ultrasounds on pregnant women? Do you deal with blood? If so, how much? Do you have to deal with needles? Do you have to do IVs? Is it a good paying job? About how much does it pay? Do you get to choose your hours, or do you have to be on call? If so, Do you have to be on call or can you choose if you want to be? Is there anything else you can tell me about becoming an ultrasound technician? Thank you so much for the help!

Which pays more? Which one has a better job outlook? My community college offers a program for "medical billing and coding." It is a total of 100 credits. Is that one of those waste of money programs? I believe a certificate is received as well as "100-credit Associate of Applied Science in Medical Billing and Coding" but that is all they offer. Would I have to go elsewhere for the HIM program and RHIT credential?
