I need help to write an amazing cover letter for a dental assistant job. I have no experience but the job doesn't require it as they will train you. It has been a passion of mine to have a career in the dental field but don't know which one is right for me so i figured I would start out small with a dental assistant to see if I actually like the field. I really want this job because I have been wanting to do something like this since I was 10. (I'm now 21) PLEASE HELP! Thanks

Both careers are supposedly in demand and yet I only see employers seeking dental assistants on job search websites. I want to complete a degree in dental hygiene but I don't want to get out of college to find that I can't get a job. Dental hygienists earn more than dental assistants but is being a dental assistant the best choice (considering that it will be easier to find a job as a DA)?

I have to save up money to go to school so I will be attending dental assistant school in about 3 years. When I'm done, do you think I will have trouble finding a job? I don't see many advertisements for dental assistants. I live in NJ.

I'm a History/Physics double major and a senior at Tulane, and i was wondering if I could apply for Dental Assisting jobs, but I wasn't sure what the education qualifications for such a job would be. Could I start working at a dentist's office and then get certification for it later on? Or would a special degree or certification already be required for such a job? My plan was to work as a dental assistant for a few years, then perhaps later on apply to dental school.

I am a current Dental Assistant student in So. Indiana. I will be graduating in August. So far I have been doing my clinicals at my teachers dental office and I plan on doing an internship at a Pedodontists office in June. While I am in school I thought it would be smart to start applying for jobs. What would be the best way for me to actually get a job while I am still a student?
