I recently received my LPN license....I am planning to continue to RN education but I don't have a job experience as an LVN. Is job experience a requirement for the bridge program LVN to ADN? If so, what are my other options in order to continue to RN program and how long would it take me to finish the course? Thanks.

I know of an LVN whose primary job is to recommend drugs for a company, at conventions, for a drug company. A sort of medicine sales-person. Does having a Medical license and recommending a drug, really insure that the drug is safe?

I really would like to be a Licensed Vocational Nurse but I actually need to get a loan on it because financial aid does not cover it. I really would like to continue with it but im looking at a 12 year loan. I live in the Central valley area in California. Around Fresno. Do you think their is jobs for lvns around this area? I really dont want to be in debt if I cant get a job. I know it will be hard finding a job as a new nurse but I know volunteering might help?

I am 17 and thinking about studying to become a nurse when I go to college because I don't want to go to grad school. I heard that after college nurses can easily get a job and make alot of money. I heard that nurses(RN) instead of working in ER or critical care units. What are some other areas nurses can work in with only a bachelors or Associates degree and still make alot of money?

I would like to coach basketball for a few years while I am still young (20 yrs.). I am almost done with my LVN and i would still love to go into that field later on. Is it possible to get hired as a school teacher or nurse and be able to coach? I just do not want to waste anytime. I understand that you do not have to have a degree to be a coach just an employee of a school district? Is it likely to get hired at a school district having this license?
