I was planning on taking online classes my community college offers for medical coding to get a certificate and it offers internship too. Will it be hard to find a job after completing it all? Thanks alot.

I am 42 and have been in the hospitality management profession for the last 7+ years and am looking to make a career change. Do you need a special education to take one of those medical coding/transcription jobs? Can anyone else make suggestions at some areas I could look at? Something with 20+ years future left in it?

I'm from India. I have completed my 12th Grade (which I think is Equivalent to high school diploma in the UK) in the year 2006 and working in a bpo now. I'm planning to come to England for my higher studies. So will I be eligible to study medical coding over there and what are the chances of getting a job.
