I heard Canadians make more money on average than Americans now. I live in Boston though salaries here are some of the highest in U.S. A surgical nurse here makes around $90,000 a year.

I'm currently going to a community college for many my pre-req's and will be transferring to Thomas More to get my BSN. Once I get my BSN do I have to take additional work to become a surgical nurse? I want to do a surgical nurse, and a few years later a NICU nurse, which ever one comes first I'd love to do. I really want to get my feet wet and do a little of everything such as L&D but I want to become a surgical nurse 1st. Thanks so much!

It's for an Oral Surgical Nurse position. So the requirement is that I need to have Wisdom Teeth Removal and Implantology skills. I have a Nursing background and I am willing to learn these skills (plus more when required). The next step is the interview (it says that in the email I received today). What can I write that can at least get me to the interview? That are very consistant with pointing out these requirements.
