Weight Reduction Specialist Job Questions & Answers

My doctor has referred me to have the gastric by-pass surgery. I've spent the last 4 months and countless money (of my own) getting all the things the done the insurance company has asked for. This includes psych evaluation, sleep study, nutrition counseling, physicals and documentation to include I have tried at least 2 non-surgical weight loss programs for over a year with no long term success. Finally after submitting everything, they denied me for "no recent active participation in a non-surgical weight reduction program". My last weight loss attempt was a year ago. I am about to lose my job because I cannot literally stand up on my feet anymore. This is something I have to get, not something I just want. It would seem if both my primary physician and the specialist both agree this is medically necessary, then the insurance companies couldn't deny someone their health.

So lets start I'm 15 turning 16 in a month and since I turned 15 I was already a 32F and now I switch from 32F and 30G. I`ve felt back pain before but I just thought that was always because I was laying in my bed playing the computer most of the time or maybe it was because of my heavy school bags but now I got a part time job and I thought it would be easy. There was a lot of times that I had to be standing up and after 3 hours of working and standing my lower back started hurting (actually I think it was after an hour of working XP) I remember my mother making a joke that my back pain might be caused by my boobs but I never really payed attention to what she said because I thought it was a joke (also my boobs don't even seem that big but they might be big for my size cause I have a small frame) and now I got curious so I did the water weighing thing with your boobs (where you get 2 containers and fill it with water and put your boobs on both of them and weigh the spilled water) the spilled water was 1L or 1 Kilo so 0.5 Kilos a boob? anyways I think that would be heavy... can that weight like hurt my back? (or hurt my back to the degree that my work ended 4 hours ago and my back still hurts also I've been laying on my bed ever since I got home) Addition I have a perfectly good posture when sitting or standing (strict grandmother don't ask) Is my lower back pain caused by the weight of my boobs or something else? What can cause lower back pain to this degree? How can I fix this or what kind of doctor should I see? (my back pain is mostly on the curve below the part of the spine where rib cage is attached to) Side note I'm 5'1 weigh 112 lbs 35 bust, 26 waist and 36 hips (I think that's considered as a small frame) THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

I just started taking flaxseed oil, one teaspoon morning and night. Does anyone take this and do you feel better for it? I am a vegetarian, so I don't eat fish for omega 3. Is this a viable substitute?

I live in a 19 century house, it's around 150 years old. All the windows are the original sash windows, they are single glazed, I'm thinking of replacing them with uPVC double glazed sash windows. The reason for this is because I noticed the other day that they were rotting and nearly falling out. The house had a lot of windows and it would cost me around £12,000 to get them all replaced with sash uPVC. Also I live there with my mum who is elderly and is normally cold in the house, so we have to blast the heating out through the whole house all the time and it puts the heating bills up massivley. I want to know if it's worth replacing the windows or will it spoil the look of the house? If we were to sell the house, would the replaced windows lower the price of the house?
