Its not a lot of money, but we had a verbal agreement, things in writing stipulating the compensation and job title, and logged hours, and he refuses to pay his last owed monies for no reason. I didnt do anything wrong, I did what he asked of me, and now I'm being evicted out of my home due to him taunting money to me and refusing to pay what we agreed on. Can I sue him or at least report him to the Labor commissioner?

This was an answer I got wrong in one of my study guides. Is it because as compensation decreases the unemployed get jobs? If that's the case, wouldn't it be more likely that as unemployment compensation increases the job search of the unemployed would fall because it would serve as an incentive to not work?

When a company lists the total compensation for a job they often list paid vacation as a dollar amount. Say your a salary worker and getting $800/wk, and the paid vacation is listed around $6000/yr. How can you earn $6000/yr for vacation if your salary and get the same pay each week regardless? Am I missing something? Do you actually get paid "more" while on vacation?

I have a friend who is exceptionally good at getting people open to her. I have witnessed this multiple times and it is very strange. Random people that she meets on street, ladies rooms or gym share their secrets with her within 30 minutes of talking to her. She is getting drained by her job and needs a new one. What kind of jobs would be good for her? I thought counseling and psychology. What else? She has a marketing career and not very happy with it.

Where can I go to find jobs with so little experience, no driving experience, a bachelors in math, and decent enough pay to make a living. (I am thinking about 35k a year or more).
