Do you conduct training and have caseloads involving this?

 | Almost all the jobs in Human Resources require experience so how do you get a job in HR with no experience in that field when your degree is in sociology? Is it possible? Would you need to take HR classes? I have worked in a bank for four and a half years so would a bank accept you for an HR job?
