Last Jan13, a recruitment manager called for a job interview. The job interview went very well and I am very qualified for the mangerial position considering my 10 year experience in the related field. She asked if I will be ready to join the company by Feb. I said no because I dont want to keep my current company hanging, I would be able to join by Mar1 at the earliest. She said that there are 3 slots opened, one for Feb 15 and the other for April 1. She said that she'll place me in the April 1 slot and would set an interview with the employer by March. I said that i would appreciate it if she can set the interview by late February. I've waited until Feb. I even sent her an email stating my interest and asking for the follow up interview but I didn't get any reply. Just the other day, I sent an email again and have no reply up to now. I'm getting anxious because my current boss is promoting me to an associate directorial position.I'd like to work with the new company. Advise pls.
